"It should be seen that the usual process is also for sale of the movables. After making the attachment absolute and the Special Court ordering sale, the property is ultimately going to be sold. The only persons who can object to the same are the companies and the directors who are the owners of these properties. They have straight away come before this Court and say that they have no objection. In view thereof, without undergoing the formal process of making the attachment absolute and the sale order being passed by the Special Court, straight away all these movables can be sold in public auction and it is made clear that whoever is the highest bidder will be given the sale certificate which will be authenticated by this Court itself along with the endorsement from the concerned trial Court also and there will not be any impediment with regard to the ownership of the vehicle is concerned and the requisite registration document etc., will be changed in their name without any further encumbrance whatsoever. Their purchase is as is were is condition and there will not be any further claim on the vehicle by any person whatsoever. With that condition, the properties can be auctioned."

No.II(2)/LWSD/1229/2025.—தமிழ்நாடு மின் உற்பத்தி மற்றும் பகிர்மானம் கழகம், வேலூர் மின்பகிர்மான வட்டம், ஆற்காடு என்ற நிருவாகத்திற்கும் தமிழ்நாடு மின்சார ஊழியர்கள் சங்கம், வேலூர் தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும், இத்தொழிற்தகராறை பின்வரும் எழுவினாவுடன் வேலூர். தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV / 1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறு, வேலூர், தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

தொழிற்சங்க உறுப்பினர், திரு.V.கலீல் அகமது, கணக்கீட்டு ஆய்வாளர் என்பவருக்கு நிர்வாகத்தால் குறிப்பாணை எண். 3550/ செ.பொ./இ&ப /ஆற்/ உ3/ கோ.ஓ.ந./ 2022-2 நாள்.10.10.2022-இன்படி "அடுத்து வரும் ஆண்டு ஊதிய உயர்வினை ஆறு மாத காலத்திற்கு பின்விளைவுகள் தொடரா வண்ணம் விடுப்பு காலம் நீங்கலாக" என வழங்கப்பட்ட தண்டனையை ரத்து செய்யக் கோரும் தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயம் தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

No.II(2)/LWSD/1231/2025.—தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்துக்கழகம் (மதுரை) லிமிடெட், மதுரை என்ற நிருவாகத்திற்கும் அரவிந்த் கெஜ்ரிவால் TNSTC தொழிலாளர் நல சங்கம், திருமங்கலம், மதுரை மாவட்டம் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும், இத்தொழிற்தகராறை பின்வரும் எழுவினாவுடன் மதுரை, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV / 1947) 10 (1) (c) பிரிவிலும், 10 (1) (d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறு, மதுரை, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்."

2. மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு. வேலூர், தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றம் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

(பணி எண்.CR.16663) என்பவருக்கு நிர்வாகத்தின் உத்தரவு எண். ஒநது/D2/திபு/2872, நாள் 29.08.2022"-இன்படி 29.06.2022 முதல் 18.07.2022-ஆம் தேதி வரையிலான நாட்களை ஆப்சன்டாக கருதி வழங்கிய தண்டனை உத்தரவை ரத்து செய்து உரிய பணிபலன்கள் மற்றும் பணப்பலன்களை உரிய வட்டியுடன் வழங்க வேண்டுமென்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானதா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

2) அறிவிக்கையில் இரு இடங்களில் குறிப்பிட்ட "ஓசூர் தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின்" என்பதற்கு பதிலாக "சேலம் தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின்" என்றும்

3) அரசாணையின் பெறுநர் முகவரியில் "தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றம், ஓசூர்" என்பதற்கு பதிலாக "தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றம் சேலம்" என்றும்

2. மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு, மதுரை, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றம் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

In the Government order first and second read above, orders have been issued that "Vaikom Award" will be presented to a personality or an organization worked for the welfare of the oppressed and has contributed significantly from other places except Tamil Nadu. This award carries a cash prize of Rs.5,00,000 (Rupees five lakh only), a certificate of appreciation, and a Gold coated silver medal (50 grams according to the prevailing market price) by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.

2. The Government after careful consideration confers the "Vaikom Award" for Social Justice for the year 2025 to Tmt. Thenmozhi Soundararajan, United States of America and sanction a cash prize of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakh only), Certificate of appreciation and a Gold Coated silver medal worth Rs.14,990/- (Rupees fourteen thousand nine hundred and ninety only) to the above awardee.

3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited under the following head of account:-
