Under the second proviso to sub-section (3) of section 265 and the second proviso to sub-section (2) of section 266 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act 46 of 2023), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifies the following places to be the designated places for the examination of witnesses by audio-video electronic means under the said sub-section (3) of section 265 and sub-section (2) of section 266 :-
