Under section 308 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act 46 of 2023), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifies the following places to be the designated places for the presence of the accused through audio-video electronic means under the said section 308 :-
