NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

AMENDMENT TO THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT, 2005

No. II(2)/HRM/1344(a)/2025.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Central Act 22 of 2005), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to Notification No.II(2)/PLAR/173(b)/2008, published in Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 10th April 2008.

Amendment

In the said Notification, for the expression "(2) Six State Information Commissioners", the expression "(2) Eight State Information Commissioners," shall be substituted.
