In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 2 of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of the powers conferred by the G.O Ms. No.94 Housing and Urban Development Department [UD 4 (1)] dated 12.6.2009, which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page No.228 dated 15.7.2009 the following variations are made to the Review Master Plan for the Tiruchirappalli Local Planning area approved under the said act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department notification No.II(2)/HOU/453/2009 at Page No.319 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 2nd September 2009.

Draft Variations

In the said Master Plan in the 'LAND USE SCHEDULE' under the heading "Village No.38, Dhamalavarupayam Comprising S.F.No.1 to 128.

i. Against the entry under Mixed Residential (MR) the following expression S.F.No.13pt shall be added before S.F.No.26B.

ii. Against the entry Agricultural (AG) the expression S.F.No. 13pt shall be deleted and the expression 10 to 12, 13pt, 14 to 24 shall be substituted.

Variation to the Review Approved Navalpattu, New Town Development Plan

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1 of Section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby published the approval of the Government under section 28 of the said Act for the New Town Development Plan for the Navalpattu New Town Development Area in exercise of the powers conferred by the G.O.Ms. No. 180, Housing and Urban Development Department dated 19.07.2006 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Part II—Section 2, Page No.300 & 301 dated 06.09.2006 the following variations are made to the Navalpattu New Town Development Area for the Navalpattu New Town Development Plan approved under the said act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department notification No.II(2)/HOU/463/2006 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

Draft Variations

In the said Navalpattu New Town Development Plan in the 'LAND USE SCHEDULE' under the heading No.65, Valavanthankottai Comprising S.F.No 1 to 448.

i. Against the entry Residential (PR) the following expression S.F.No.436/5H1 shall be added after the entry 370.

ii. Against the entry Agricultural (AG) the expression S.F.No. 436pt shall be deleted and the expression S.F.No.436pt (except 436/5H1) shall be substituted.

Variation to the Approved Master Plan for the Tiruvarur Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning Act 1971(Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dt. 12.06.2009, which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, dt. 15.07.2009 and G.O.Ms.No. 102 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department dt. 18.08.2021

2. Land use zone Conversion from Agriculture use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D).No.341, Housing and Urban Development [UD4 (L.Re-1)] Department Dated: 24.12.2025. The following variations are made to the Master Plan of Approved Thiruvarur Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms. No.221 Housing and Urban Development (UD4-2) Department dated 13.10.2010 notification No.43 at page No.793 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated.3.11.2010.

Variation

In the Approved Tiruvarur Master Plan under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Tiruvarur Local Planning Area under heading in Ward-2, Block-41, T:S.No. 2447/23 (Old T.S.No.2447/5), the following entries shall be made.

Against the entry of Agriculture use zone (AG-2), instead of the expression "T.S.No.2446 to 2448", the following expression "T.S.No.2446, 2447pt, 2448 (except 2447/23) (Old T.S.No.2447/5)" shall be substituted.

Against the entry of Primary Residential use zone, PR-11 in Ward-2, Block-41, after the expression "T.S.No.2443 to 2445, the following expression T.S.No.2447/23 (Old T.S.No.2447/5)" shall be added.

Conditions:

1. Necessary guidelines have to be followed with regard to the development near the water body.

2. Development works has to be carried out as per TNCD&BR 2019.

In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use zone conversion from Agricultural Use Zone to Residential Use Zone is ordered in G.O.(2D). No.304, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L. Re-1)] Department, dated: 10.11.2025.

2. In exercise of powers delegated by the Government in G.O.(Ms). No.102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L. Re-1)] Department, dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Consented Salem Steel Plant New Town Development Plan Consented vide the G.O.(Ms). No.165, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, dated:13.07.2006 and published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Notification No.49 at Page No. 388 of Part VI—Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated.17.12.2008.

Variation

In the Consented Salem Steel Plant New Town Development Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in survey numbers of Salem Steel Plant New Town Development Plan, under heading V.No.42, Idanganasalai Village in Page No.112 &115, the following entries of S.F.Nos.148 & 153 should be made accordingly.

Under the heading "AGRICULTURAL USE ZONE AG-23" the expressions "S.F.No.139 to 148" shall be deleted and the expressions "S.F.No.139 to 148 (Excluding S.F.Nos.148/9A)" shall be substituted.

Under the heading "AGRICULTURAL USE ZONE AG-23" the expressions "S.F.No.153 to 155" shall be deleted and the expressions "153 to 155 (Excluding S.F.Nos.153/1A1A1B, 153/1B, 153/1C & 153/2B)" shall be substituted.
