Whereas it appears to the Government of Tamil Nadu that a total 0.13.0 ares of Royot Manavari Land is required in Sembaloor Village of Pattukkottai Taluk in Thanjavur District for School Building purpose, Namely for the project of construction to New Building, to replace the dilapidated Panchayat Union Primary School in the place of HR&CE Patta existing name of Arulmigu Kalyana Sundari Amman Kovil.

The Details of the Land to be acquired for the project of Construction of Panchayat Union Primary School building instead of damage building, the land acquisition fields are given below table

This notification is made under Sub Section(1) of section 11 of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition and Resettlement Act 2013

(Central Act 30 of 2013) to all whom it may concern.

A Plan of the land may be inspected by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pattukkottai or by the authorised officals on any other working day during the working hours.

The Government may authorize the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pattukkottai and his staff to enter upon a survey land, take levels of and land, digging or bore in to the sub - soil and do all other acts required for the proper execution of their work as provided and specified in section 11(4) of the said Act.

Under sub-section (4) of section 11 the said Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e., sale/purchase etc., or create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette without prior approval of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pattukkottai.

G O V E R N M E N T Under section 15(2) of the said Act, Objections to the acquisition, if any, may be filed to the Revenue Divisional Officer Pattukkottai by the interesed person within 7 (Seven) days from the date of publication of the notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

மேற்கூறிய சட்டத்தின் 12 ஆம் பிரிவின் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள மற்றும் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு, நிலத்தின் நுழைதல், யாதொரு நிலங்களை அளவெடுத்தல், அடிமண்ணை தோண்டுதல் அல்லது ஆழ்துளையிடுதல் மற்றும் இது தொடர்பான அனைத்து செயல்களையும், முறையாக செயல்படுத்த பட்டுக்கோட்டை வருவாய் கோட்ட அலுவலர் மற்றும் அவரது பணியாளருக்கு அதிகாரம் அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

G O V E R N M E N T இச்சட்டத்தின் 11 (4) ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் யாதொரு நபரும் நிலத்தை விற்பனை செய்தல் / வாங்குதல் போன்ற யாதொரு பரிமாற்றங்களில் ஈடுபடுதல் அல்லது பரிமாற்றங்கள் செய்தல் அல்லது பட்டுக்கோட்டை வருவாய் கோட்ட அலுவலரின் முன் அங்கீகாரம் இன்றி இந்த அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து யாதொரு வில்லங்கங்களையும் ஏற்படுத்த இயலாது.

நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதல் தொடர்பாக மறுப்புரை ஏதேனும் இருப்பின் இச்சட்டத்தின் 15 (2) ஆம் பிரிவின்கீழ் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு இந்த அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து 7 (எழு) நாட்களுக்குள் பற்றுள்ளவர் அதனை பட்டுக்கோட்டை வருவாய் கோட்டாட்சியரிடம் அளிக்கலாம்.

In exercise of the powers delegated by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O.Ms. No.419, Housing and Urban Development Department dated 1st June 1984 under Section 91 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 the Member-Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority hereby makes the following variation under Sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) to the Second Master Plan for Chennai Metropolitan Area 2026, approved in G.O.(Ms) No.190 Housing & Urban Development (UD I) Department dated 02.09.2008, G.O.(Ms) No.191, Housing & Urban Development (UD I) Department dated 02.09.2008 and published as Notification in No.266 Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 2nd September 2008.

Variation

In the said Second Master Plan land use map for the Kannapalayam Village the following expression shall be added: -

"Map P.P.D./M.P II (V) No. 127/2025 to be read with Map No: MP-II/CMA (VP) 139/2008"

2) In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O(MS) No 102, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(L.Re-1)) Department dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Karur Local Planning Authority which was Review approved under the said Act in G.O.Ms. No 237, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(2)) Department dated: 01.11.2010 and in Notification No: II (2)HOU/700/2010 at page No: 815, of Part II—Section 2, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated: 24.11.2010.

In the Approved Tiruvarur Master Plan under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Tiruvarur Local Planning Area under heading in Ward 2, Block-41. T.S.No.2446/3, 2446/11, 2446/12, 2446/17 and 2446/19, the following entries shall be made.

Against the entry of Agriculture use zone (AG-2), instead of the expression "T.S.No.2446 to 2448", the following expression "T.S.No.2446pt, 2447pt, 2448 (except 2446/3, 2446/11, 2446/12, 2446/17 and 2446/19)" shall be substituted.

Against the entry of Primary Residential use zone, PR-11 in Ward-2, Block-41, after the expression "T.S.No.2443 to 2445, the following expression T.S.No. 2446/3, 2446/11, 2446/12, 2446/17 and 2446/19" shall be added.

Conditions:

1. Necessary guidelines have to be followed with regard to the development near the water body.
