(D) No. 10, Animal Husbandry, Dairying, Fisheries and Fishermen Welfare (AH3-2), 7th January 2026, மார்கழி 23, விசுவாவசு, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2057.] No.II(2)/HO/36/2026.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and Clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Central Act 66 of 1984), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, with the concurrence of the High Court, Madras, hereby appoints one more judge in the cadre of District Judge to the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli in Tiruchirappalli District to be the Additional Principal Judge of that Court and also appoints the existing Judge to be the Principal Judge of that Court.

No.II(2)/CTR/35/2026.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Notification No.II(2)CTR/995/2025 published in page 634 of Part II Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.37, dated 17.09.2025.

No.II(2)/HO/37/2026.— Under section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Central Act 25 of 1946), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby accords consent to the extension of the powers and jurisdiction of members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment in the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu to register a case against (1) Shri Rajvinder Singh (Employee code: E10032), the then Deputy Director (Non-Technical), Export Inspection Agency-Chennai and Export Inspection Council - New Delhi; (2) Dr. A.K. Mahali, the then Deputy Director (Technical), Export Inspection Agency - Chennai (now posted to EIA-Delhi); (3) Shri V. Jananesan, the then Assistant Director (Technical), Export Inspection Agency-Chennai (now posted to EIA-Mumbai) and unknown public servants of Export Inspection Agency under section 120 B read with sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act XLV of 1860) and section 13(2) read with section 13(1)(a) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Central Act 49 of 1988)(as amended in 2018) and substantive offences thereof and any other offence committed in the course of investigation arising out of the same fact, in regard to this case.
