"Under the powers conferred on the Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives under Section 137(2)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 (Act 30 of 1983), the affairs of the Kanyakumari District Packaged Drinking Water Manufacturers Allied Industries and Distributors Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd., Kanyakumari District IND.No.4/KKM Kanyakumari District have been ordered to be wound up with immediate effect by the Industries Commissioner and Direcor of Industries and Commerce / Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives,, Chennai vide Proc.No. 25756/ICC2/2024 -1, dated: 31.12.2025.

Under Section 138 (1) of the same Act, the General Manager, District Industries Centre, Kanyakumari has been appointed as the Official Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation".

Variation to the Approved Second Master Plan for Chennai Metropolitan Area 2026 of Chennai Metropolitan

In exercise of the powers delegated by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O. Ms. No.419, Housing and Urban Development Department dated 1st June 1984 under Section 91 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 the Member-Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority hereby makes the following variation under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) to the Second Master Plan for Chennai Metropolitan Area 2026, approved in G.O.(Ms) No.190 Housing & Urban Development (UD I) Department dated 02.09.2008, G.O.(Ms) No.191, Housing & Urban Development (UD I) Department dated 02.09.2008 and published as Notification in No.266 Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 2nd September 2008.

Variation

In the said Second Master Plan land use map for the Nungambakkam Village the following expression shall be added: -

"Map P.P.D./ M.P II (V) No. 01/2026

to be read with Map No: MP-II/CITY 21 / 2008"

Explanatory Note

(This is not part of variation. It intends to bring out the purport)

T.S.No.62/8, Block No.13, Nungambakkam Village, Egmore Taluk, Chennai District, Greater Chennai Corporation Limit classified as "Partly Mixed Residential Use Zone and Partly Non-assigned" is now reclassified as "Commercial Use Zone" subject to the condition that a prior No objection certificate from the Greater Chennai Corporation shall be obtained while applying for planning permission at the site under reference.

Variation to the Approved Salem Master Plan of the Salem Local Planning Area

(Roc.No.315/2025/SD-1)

No.VI(1)/70/2026.

1. In exercise of powers conferred by sub-Section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use zone conversion from Agricultural Use Zone to Commercial Use Zone is ordered in G.O.(2D). No.299, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L. Re-1)] Department, dated: 06.11.2025.

2. In exercise of powers delegated by the Government in G.O.(Ms). No.102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L. Re-1)] Department, dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the approved Master Plan of Salem Local Planning Area approved in the G.O.(Ms). No.105, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, dated:22.03.2005 and published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Notification No. 14 at Page No. 168 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated.13.04.2005.

Variation

In the Approved Salem Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in survey numbers of Salem Local Planning Area, under heading V.No.76, Taramangalam Village in Page No.91-92, the following entries of S.F.Nos.141P should be made accordingly.

Under the heading "AGRICULTURAL USE" and under the Sub-heading "AG-46", the expressions "S.F.No.141P" shall be deleted and the expressions "141P (Excluding S.F.Nos. 141/1B2A2)" shall be substituted.

Under the heading "COMMERCIAL USE" and under the Sub-heading "C-48", the expression S.F.No.141/1B2A2 shall be added before the entry S.F.No.146P.

Variation to the Approved Thanjavur Master Plan for the Thanjavur Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972 and also in exercise of powers conferred by Government order Ms.No:94, Housing and Urban Development [UD(4)1] Department dated 12.06.2009 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No:27, Part II—Section 2, in Page No:228 dated 15.07.2009, the following variations are made to the Master Plan for Thanjavur Local Planning Area Approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification at page No:879 of Part VI—Section 2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette date 11th October 1995.

Variations

In the said Master Plan in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" under the heading "Thanjavur Local Planning Area , Vilar Village,"

i) Against the "Agricultural Dry use zone(AGD-8)" R.S.No.180/2 shall be deleted

ii) Against Residential use (MR-12) the R.S.No.180/2 shall be added

Condition:

1) The unauthorized subdivision map shows that the access road to the eastern side of the proposed site has ended.That access road should be continued and extended.

2) Development works should be carried out as per Tamil Nadu Combined development and Building Rules 2019.

In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No.345, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated. 30.12.2025 subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.103 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] dated. 04.07.2025 Notification No II(2)/HOU/582(m)/2025 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.343, dated 07.07.2025.

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Karumathampatti Village, Page No: 399 to 403 the S.F.Nos 576/3A the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential land use" the expression 576/3A shall be added before the S.F.No: 576pt.

Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D)No.348, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 31.12.2025 subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 103 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 04.07.2025 Notification No II(2)/HOU/582(m)/2025 at Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 07.07.2025.

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Kallipalayam Village, Page No: 78, 79, 80 the S.F.Nos: 384/1B, 384/2B2, 384/2C2, 384/3A, 384/3B, 384/4, 384/5, 384/6, 385/3A2, 385/3C2, 385/4, 385/5 and 385/6 the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential land use" the expression S.F.Nos. 384/1B, 384/2B2, 384/2C2, 384/3A, 384/3B, 384/4, 384/5, 384/6, 385/3A2, 385/3C2, 385/4, 385/5 and 385/6 shall be added before the S.F.No: 386.

Under the heading "Agricultural land use" the expression S.F.Nos: 384 & 385 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.Nos: 384 (except 384/1B, 384/2B2, 384/2C2, 384/3A, 384/3B, 384/4, 384/5, 384/6) 385 (except) 385/3A2, 385/3C2, 385/4, 385/5 and 385/6) shall be substituted.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms. No.94, Housing and Urban Development [UD4 (1)] Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27. Part II—Section 2, Page 228 dated 15.07.2009, the following variation are made to the Master Plan of approved Chinnamanur Local Planning area under the said Act and Published in the G.O. Ms.No.193, Housing and Urban Development Department, dated14.02.1991 Notification No.II(2) Part Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 15th May 1991.

In the said Master Plan, in " LAND USE SCHEDULE" under heading CHINNAMANUR LOCAL PLANNING AREA under the sub heading Chinnamanur Revenue Village under the heading-VII, Agricultural use zone under the sub Heading A Wet Land and irrigated Dry Land to Residential use zone.

I) Under the entry 'Residential use zone' under the sub heading (b) Mixed Residential use zone Chinnamanur Village for the expression R.S.No. 628/1, 633/2 and 636/3pt, (Ward –B, Block -3, T.S.No.39/4, 42/1 and 47/1) shall be added newly.

II) Against the entry 'Agricultural Use Zone under the sub Heading A Wet Land and irrigated Dry Land under the sub heading Chinnamanur Village for the expression R.S.No.604-743 [Except R.S.No. 628/1, 633/2 and 636/3pt, (Ward –B, Block -3, T.S.No.39/4, 42/1 and 47/1)] shall be substituted.
