APPOINTMENT OF DISTRICT COLLECTORS OF RESPECTIVE DISTRICTS AS REGISTERING AUTHORITY UNDER THE TAMIL NADU MONEY LENDING ENTITIES

PREVENTION OF COERCIVE ACTIONS ACT, 2025.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Money Lending Entities (Prevention of Coercive Actions) Act, 2025 (Tamil Nadu Act 40 of 2025) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the District Collectors of respective districts as the Registering Authority of money lending entities and defines the respective district as their area of Jurisdiction.
