PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION

Whereas, it appears to the appropriate Government that a total extent of 54,650 sq.m. of land is required in Periyasemur 'B' Village, Erode Taluk, Erode District, for a public purpose namely, the Formation of a new Bus Stand on the Erode-Sathyamangalam Main Road.

The Schedule

The notification is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013), to all whom it may concern.

A plan of the land may be inspected on any working day during office hours in the office of the Collector and the Erode Corporation (Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department).

The Government is pleased to authorize the Erode Corporation (Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department) and its staff to enter upon the land under survey, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub-soil, and carry out all other acts necessary for the proper execution of their work, as provided and specified under Section 12 of the said Act.

Under sub-section (4) of Section 11 of the said Act, no person shall make or cause to be made any transaction in respect of the land, such as sale, purchase, etc., or create any encumbrance on the said land from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, without the prior approval of the Collector.

Objections to the acquisition, if any, may be filed by the persons interested within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, as provided under Section 15 of the said Act, before the Collector.

நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மை, மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு உரிமைச் சட்டம் 2013, பிரிவு 11(4)-இன் படி முதல்நிலை அறிவிக்கையானது தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழிலதமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில்் வெளியான நாள் முதல் நிலமெடுப்பு புலங்கள் தொடர்பாக எவ்விதமான வில்லங்கமும் ஏற்படாத வண்ணம் நிலங்களில் மாவட்ட ஆட்சித்தலைவர் அவர்களிடம் முன்அனுமதி பெறாமல் விற்கிரைய நடவடிக்கைகள் மேற்கொள்ளக்$டாது.

Adjournments of Civil and Sessions Courts in Virudhunagar

District for Vacation and Holidays During The Year 2026.

According to rules made under section 30 of Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act and in accordance with the instructions issued in the High Court's Official Memorandum in R.O.C.No.98708-A/2025/C3, dated 01.12.2025. Notice is hereby given that all the undermentioned Courts in the Civil Unit of Virudhunagar District except the office of the part-time Official Receiver, Virudhunagar will be closed for Vacation and Holidays during the year 2026 as detailed hereunder.

2. The Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, Official Receiver, Srivilliputtur, District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Srivilliputtur, Sattur, Thiruchuli, Watrap and Kariapatti and Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, Srivilliputtur, Sivakasi, Sattur, Virudhunagar, Aruppukkottai will remain open throughout the vacation and holidays declared above.

3. No plaint or petition except application for grant of copies and batta Memos for service and execution of Process will be received by the Civil Courts during the Vacation.

4. The Office of Copyist, Process Service and Execution Department shall be kept open throughout the vacation and that no arrest warrant shall be executed during the vacation. The Office of the other departments shall remain closed.

Arrangements shall, however, be made.

i. for furnishing the Copies and sending Process.

ii. for transmitting the records to the High Court required in pending Proceedings.

iii. for attending all administrative correspondence.

5. In view of the instructions contained in the Criminal Rules of Practice and Circular Orders and as ordered in High Court's Circular R.O.C.No.2/64-C-3, dated : 29th April, 1964 applications in urgent Criminal matters should be made to the High Court. However, urgent applications can also be made to the vacation Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar district at Srivilliputtur if appointed to hear urgent Criminal applications relating to Virudhunagar District.

6. Under Section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act as amended by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Act 17 of 1959 if a vacation Civil Judge is appointed for Virudhunagar District. Suits, Appeals and other proceedings of urgent nature will be received and disposed of by him in terms of the Rules that may be framed in this regard.

Holidays notified hereunder will be observed as holidays all the Courts Functioning in Virudhunagar District.

NOTE:

1. As Uzhavar Thirunal (17.01.2026), Thai Poosam (01.02.2026), Ramzan (Idu'l Fitr) (21.03.2026), Independence Day (15.08.2026) and Deepavali (08.11.2026) fall on Saturdays / Sundays, these days are not shown in the above list.

2. All Sundays are Holidays for the District Judiciary in the State of Tamil Nadu including Family Courts.

3. The following 10 Saturdays are working days for the District Judiciary in the State of Tamil Nadu including Family Courts : 03.01.2026, 07.02.2026, 07.03.2026, 18.04.2026, 06.06.2026, 04.07.2026, 01.08.2026, 19.09.2026, 21.11.2026 & 05.12.2026.

4. Except the above Saturdays, all other Saturdays are holidays for the District Judiciary in the State of Tamil Nadu, except Family Courts.

5. The first two weeks of May 2026 (i.e. from 01.05.2026 to 15.05.2026) are declared as holidays for all the Family Courts functioning in the State of Tamil Nadu. The Offices of the Family Courts shall function during the said period.

6. All the Family Courts functioning in the State of Tamil Nadu shall also work on 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month, except on 07.11.2026 and on those Saturdays which are declared as Public Holidays. In lieu of 07.11.2026, all the Family Courts functioning in the State of Tamil Nadu, shall work on 28.11.2026. All other Saturdays are declared as holidays.

No.10/2026, In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act No. 46 of 2023), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) One Tahsildar (Trainee) in Dindigul District (ii) One Tahsildar (Trainee) in Krishnagiri District (iii) 7 Tahsildars in Chennai District (iv) 2 Tahsildars and 6 Deputy Tahsildars in Tiruppur District (v) 4 Deputy Tahsildars in Mayiladuthurai District (vi) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Villupuram District and (vii) 6 Deputy Tahsildars in Tiruvarur District, as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days / 180 days (as the case may be) from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.

பின்வரும் நிபந்தனைகளுக்குட்பட்டு விவசாய உபயோக பகுதியிலிருந்து தொழிற்சாலை உபயோக பகுதியாக நிலப்பயன் மாற்றம் அனுமதி ஆணை பிறப்பிக்கப்படுகிறது.
