The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to SIPCOT - SIPCOT Industrial Park and Approach Road Magimandalam and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing Director, SIPCOT. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)
NOTICE
Under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 6.7950 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for SIPCOT - SIPCOT Industrial Park and Approach Road Magimandalam.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO (LA), Vellore and Special Tahsildar (LA), Unit, Vellore which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

NOTICE
Under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 2.2063 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for SIPCOT - SIPCOT Industrial Park and Approach Road Magimandalam.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to SIPCOT - Formation of New Approach Road to Panapakkam SIPCOT Industrial Park and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing Director, SIPCOT. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 5.4135 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for SIPCOT - Formation of New Approach Road to Panapakkam SIPCOT Industrial Park.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO(LA), Ranipet and Special Tahsildar(LA), Unit, Ranipet may be inspected on any day during office hours.
