An order has been issued to restructure Vikravandi and Kanai Panchayat Unions in Villupuram district and to create a new Panchayat Union called Kanjanur – Notification is being issued under Section 15, Subsections (3) and (4) of the Final Order and the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act 1994 (Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act 21/1994).
