Under sub-section (2) of section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Money Lending Entities (Prevention of Coercive Actions) Act, 2025 (Tamil Nadu Act 40 of 2025), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifies https://tnmoneylending.tn.gov.in as the online portal for the purpose of the said Act.
