No.II(2)/CTR/249/2026.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby remits the duty chargeable under the said Act in respect of the instrument of sale or lease or mortgage or for creation of charge on land or immovable property in respect of PM Mega Integrated Textile Regions and Apparel Park Tamil Nadu Limited at Virudhunagar for the transfer to or by the Government of Tamil Nadu or its agencies to the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) or the Master Developer of the PM Mega Integrated Textile Region and Apparel (PM MITRA) Parks Scheme of the PM MITRA Park Tamil Nadu Limited, until the completion of concession period i.e. till 2050.

AND WHEREAS, in addition to the immovable properties ad-interimly attached in the Government Order second read above, the movable properties specified in the Schedule to this Order are alleged to have been procured by the said financial establishment from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching the movable properties of the accused persons of the defaulted financial establishment, namely, Messrs Aditya Commodities, functioned at Door No.152, A-C, R.S.Puram, 1st Floor, TV Samy Road, Coimbatore, as specified in the Schedule to this order, and transfers the control over the said movable properties to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Coimbatore District appointed under the said Act. 2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Coimbatore District is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub- sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

From the Director General of Police / Head of Police Force, Tamil Nadu, Chennai, letter Rc.No.9940327/ Crime 2(2)/2025, dated 07.07.2025.
AND WHEREAS, the immovable properties specified in the Schedule to this order are alleged to have been procured by the said financial establishment from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishment is not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;

The Competent Authority/ District Revenue Officer, Namakkal is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub- sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching the movable property of the defaulted financial establishment, namely, Messrs Green Agro Tech, Chennai District, functioned at W-115, first floor, SB complex, 3rd Avenue, Anna Nagar, Chennai, as specified in the Schedule to this order and transfers the control over the said movable property to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Chennai District appointed under the said Act.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a number of depositors that Messrs Green Agro Tech, Chennai District and its sister concerns, the financial establishments, have defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;
AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishments are not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;
2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Chennai District is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub- sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.
3. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act 1997, Chennai, is requested to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Chennai District in filing the application before the Special Court constituted under the said Act.
