Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Central Act XXV of 1946), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby accords consent to the extension of the powers and jurisdiction of members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment in the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu to investigate the case registerd in CBCID Metro Cr. No. 05/2021, under sections 420, 466, 467, 468, 472, 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act XLV of 1860) and CBCID Metro Cr. No.06/2021, under sections 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 472, 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act XLV of 1860).

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a number of depositors that Messrs AM TECH WORLD, Chennai District, a financial establishment, has defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishment is not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS, the immovable property specified in the Schedule to this order is alleged to have been procured by the said financial establishment from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares the Archaeological Monuments specified in the Schedule below to be a protected Monuments, the intention of the same having been previously published with Tourism, Culture and Religious Endowments Department Notification No.35 dated 03.09.2025 and No.II(2)/Tourism, Culture and Religious Endowments Department/973/2025, published at pages 611 to 613 of Part-II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 3rd September 2025 as required under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act.

No.II(2)/TCRE/381/2026.— WHEREAS, the Government of Tamil Nadu are of opinion that the ancient monument specified in the Schedule below requires protection under the Tamil Nadu Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1966 (Tamil Nadu Act 25 of 1966);

Notice is hereby given that the proposal will be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of two months from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and that any objection or suggestion, which may be received with respect to thereof, from any person interested in the said ancient monuments before the expiry of the said period of two months will be considered by the Government of Tamil Nadu. Objections or Suggestions if any, should be addressed to the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Tourism, Culture and Religious Endowments Department, Fort St. George, Secretariat, Chennai 600 009.

பின்வரும் விவர அட்டவணையில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள வரலாற்றுச் சின்னத்தினை 1966-ஆம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு பழங்கால வரலாற்றுச் சின்னங்கள் தொல்லியல் சிறப்பிடங்கள் மற்றும் எஞ்சிய சின்னங்கள் சட்டத்தின் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 25/1966) கீழ் பாதுகாத்தல் அவசியமென அரசு கருதுகிறது.

ஆகவே, தற்போது மேற்கூறிய சட்டத்தின் 3-ஆம் பிரிவைச் சேர்ந்த (1) ஆம் உட்பிரிவில் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களின் படி, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்கூறிய பழங்கால சின்னத்தினை பாதுகாக்கப்பட்ட நினைவுச் சின்னமாக

இந்த அறிவிக்கை தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில்தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்படும் நாள் முதல் அல்லது அதன் பிறகு 2 மாத காலம் முடிவடைந்த பின்னர் மேற்கூறிய கருத்துரு பரிசீலனைக்கு எடுத்துக் கொள்ளப்படும் என்று இதன் மூலம் அறிவிக்கை வழங்கப்படுகிறது. மேற்கூறிய நினைவுச் சின்னத்தில் பற்றுள்ள எவரிடமிருந்தும் 2 மாத காலம் முடிவடைவதற்கு முன்னர் வரப்பெறும் மறுப்புரைகள் அல்லது ஆலோசனைகள் எதனையும் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு கருதிப்பார்க்கும். மறுப்புரைகள் அல்லது ஆலோசனைகள் எவையேனும் இருப்பின் அவற்றை அரசு கூடுதல் தலைமைச் செயலாளர். சுற்றுலா, பண்பாடு மற்றும் அறநிலையங்கள் துறை. புனித செயின்ட் ஜார்ஜ் கோட்டை, தலைமைச் செயலகம், சென்னை 600 009 என்ற முகவரிக்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.
