Smt. Vasantha Vimala, wife of Shri B.Sekhar as they have prima-facie committed the offences punishable under Section 109 IPC read with Section 13(2) read with 13(1)(e) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and under Section 109 IPC read with Section 13(2) read with 13(1)(b) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended in 2018).
