NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for Industrial Purposes, for the (cid:40)(cid:91)(cid:83)(cid:68)(cid:81)(cid:86)(cid:76)(cid:82)(cid:81)(cid:3)(cid:82)(cid:73)(cid:3)(cid:48)(cid:76)(cid:81)(cid:72)(cid:16)(cid:44)(cid:3)(cid:73)(cid:82)(cid:85)(cid:3)(cid:49)(cid:47)(cid:38)(cid:3)(cid:51)(cid:85)(cid:82)(cid:77)(cid:72)(cid:70)(cid:87) and having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds managed by the NLC India Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring 32900 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes, to wit, for the (cid:40)(cid:91)(cid:83)(cid:68)(cid:81)(cid:86)(cid:76)(cid:82)(cid:81)(cid:3)(cid:82)(cid:73)(cid:3) (cid:48)(cid:76)(cid:81)(cid:72)(cid:16)(cid:44)(cid:3)(cid:73)(cid:82)(cid:85)(cid:3)(cid:49)(cid:47)(cid:38)(cid:3)(cid:51)(cid:85)(cid:82)(cid:77)(cid:72)(cid:70)(cid:87)(cid:3)in(cid:3)(cid:42)(cid:68)(cid:81)(cid:74)(cid:68)(cid:76)(cid:78)(cid:82)(cid:81)(cid:71)(cid:68)(cid:81)(cid:3)Village(cid:15)(cid:3)(cid:38)(cid:88)(cid:71)(cid:71)(cid:68)(cid:79)(cid:82)(cid:85)e District.
