ACQUISITION OF LANDS
NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION(1 ) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for the Highways purpose of "Construction of Vehicular Underpass (VUP) at the Junction of Mount Medavakkam Main Road & Southern Sector of Inner Ring Road near Madipakkam" and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), Chennai Metropolitan Development Project after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub – section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 235 Sq.mtrs to the same a little more or less needed for the "Construction of Vehicular Underpass (VUP) at the Junction of Mount Medavakkam Main Road & Southern Sector of Inner Ring Road near Madipakkam" in Adambakkam Village, Alandur Taluk of Chennai District.
The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Unit -III, Chinnamalai, Chennai - 15 and may be inspected on any day during office hours.

NOTICE

NOTICE

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired for "Widening and development of the two-lane tarmac road up to a Km 14/4 – 20/0 length, along with the construction of additional new bridge and widening Construction of rainwater drainage and retaining wall, improvement of road junction and installation of paver blocks"at No.14.Perunagar Village, Uthiramerur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), Construction and Maintenance, Cheyyar, Perunagar Road. After having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands if any, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 1936 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for "Widening and development of the two-lane tarmac road up to a Km 14/4 – 20/0 length, along with the construction of additional new bridge and widening Construction of rainwaterTAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY 13 drainage and retaining wall, improvement of road junction and installation of paver blocks"at No.14.Perunagar Village, Uthiramerur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
The Plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition), Highways Kancheepuram and Office of the Special Tahsildar (LA) Highways, Unit –1, Kancheepuram may be inspected on any day during office hours.
