DECLARATION

(Unit I, II and III)

Whereas, it appears to the appropriate Government that a total of 39.06.91 hectares of land is required in the Madhavankurichi Village and Aadhiyakurichi Village in Tiruchendur Taluk for public purpose, namely formation of a New Road to re-route the ECR and the formation of connective road to the lands acquired for establishing a new launch station for SSLV in Favour of ISRO.

Now, therefore a declaration is made hereby that a piece of land measuring 0.22.58 hectares in Unit I, II and III is under acquisition for the above said project in the Madhavankurichi and Aadhiyakurichi Village of Tiruchendur Taluk in Thoothukudi District whose detailed description is as follows:-

I This declaration is made under Section 19(1) read with sub-section (4) of Section 40 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013). There is no families due to this project affected in Unit-I, II and III hence the Elements of rehabilitation and resettlement entitlements under Second Schedule and provision of infrastructural amenities under Third Schedule of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) shall not apply.

Mines of coal, iron-stone, slate or other minerals lying under the said land or any particular portion of the said land, except such parts of the mines and minerals which may be required to be dug or removed or used during the construction phase of the project for the purpose of which the land is being acquired, are not needed.

N A R Y A plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Officer / District Collector, Thoothukudi and Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), SSLV Project, Tiruchendur on any working day.

L பொதுத்தேவைக்காக, அதாவது இந்திய விண்வெளி ஆராய்ச்சி நிறுவனத்தின் சிறியரக செயற்கைக்கோள் ஏவுதளம் அமைக்கும் திட்டத்திற்காக நிலஎடுப்பு செய்யப்படும் நிலங்களின் ஊடாகச் செல்லும் கிழக்கு கடற்கரை சாலைக்கு பதிலாக புதிய மாற்று சாலை அமைக்கவும் மற்றும் நிலஎடுப்பு செய்யப்பட்ட பகுதியுடன் கிழக்கு கடற்கரை சாலையை இணைக்கும் பொருட்டு இணைப்பு சாலை அமைக்க 39.06.91 ஹெக்டேர் நிலம் தேவைப்படுகிறது என அரசு கருதுவதால், தூத்துக்குடி மாவட்டம், திருச்செந்தூர் வட்டத்தில் மாதவன்குறிச்சி மற்றும் ஆதியாக்குறிச்சி கிராமங்களில் மேற்சொன்ன அரசுத் திட்டத்திற்காக கையகப்படுத்துதலின் கீழ் அலகு-I,II மற்றும் III-ல் அளவிடப்படும் ஒரு பகுதி 0.22.58 ஹெக்டேர் நிலம் விளம்புகை செய்வது குறித்தான விவரங்கள் பின்வருமாறு:-

2013-ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மைக்கும், மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் 30/2013) 19(1) ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழும், 40(4) ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழும் இந்த விளம்புகை அளிக்கப்படுகிறது. நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துவதன் காரணமாக அலகு – I, II மற்றும் III-ல் மறுகுடியமர்வுக்கு வாய்ப்பான குடும்பங்கள் எதுவும் இல்லை. எனவே, 2013 ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும், ஒளிவு மறைவின்மைக்கும், மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 30/2013) இரண்டாம் அட்டவணையின் கீழ்வரும் மறுவாழ்வுக்கான கூறுகளும் மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைகளும் மூன்றாம் அட்டவணையின் கீழ்வரும் உட்கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகளும் வகைசெய்வதும் பொருந்தாது.
