In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4-A of the Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1978 (Tamil Nadu Act 28 of 1978), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department as the Chairman of the Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board, Ex-Officio.
