State Chief Information Commissioner and Tvl. P. Thamarai Kannan, I.P.S. (Retired), R. Priyakumar. B.Sc., B.L., and Dr. K. Thirumalaimuthu, ICLS (Retired) State Information Commissioners, Tamil Nadu Information Commission have subscribed oath of office as State Chief Information Commissioner and State Information Commissioners, Tamil Nadu Information Commission on 16.06.2023 F.N. No.I/ECCF/15/2026.— Under Clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 4 of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1974 (Central Act 6 of 1974), the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby appoint Thiru. N. Venkatesh, IAS., Special Secretary to Government, Finance Department as an official member of the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board representing Finance Department.
