GENERAL NOTIFICATIONS
Variation to the Review Consented Thiruvarur Master Plan for the Thiruvarur Composite
Local Planning Area

1. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and as per the G.O.Ms.No.102 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department, dated. 18.08.2021 the following Notification is published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
2. The delition of the part of 100'ft wide Ring Road is ordered in G.O.No.96 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, dated:13.03.2026. In the Proposed Master Plan of Thiruvarur Composite Local Planning Area which is Review Consented wide G.O.Ms.No.133 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, dated 21.04.2005 and has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 17, Page No.210, Part VI—Section 1, dated: 11.05.2011.
Variation
In the Review Consented Thiruvarur Master Plan under the heading "Schedule for Town & Villages" (Land use for various survey numbers of Thiruvarur Composite Local Planning Area) and under heading in village number 103. Perumpugalur Village for "S.F.No.23 to 24" the following entries shall be made.
Against the entry in the Agriculture use zone (AG 24), after the expression 22pt the expression S.F.No.23 (including S.F.No.23/1B, 23/3, 23/4A and 23/4B) shall be added.
Against the entry in the Residential use zone, for the expression 24pt the expression S.F.No.24 (including S.F.No.24/1A, 24/1B, 24/1C, 24/3, 24/4 and 24/5) shall be added.
The entry in the Proposed Ring Road the S.F.No.23pt and 24pt shall be deleted / omitted.

Variation to the New Town Development Plan of the Hosur New Town Development Area
(Roc No.1950/2025/KD(HNTDA)
No.VI(1)/385/2026.
1) In exercise of the Power conferred under sub-section (4) of the section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No.94, Housing and urban Development [UD 4-(1)] Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page No.228, dated 15.07.2009.
2) Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use and Residential use into Industrial use ordered in G.O (2D). No.53, Housing & Urban Development [UD4(L.U.C-1)] Department dated 10.02.2026. The following variations are made to the Hosur Development plan 2046 of approved Hosur New Town Development Authority under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.08, Housing and urban Development [UD 4-(1)] Department dated 20.01.2025 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Extraordinary Gazette Notification No.32] II(2)/HOU/69(a)/2025 at Part II—Section 2, dated 22nd January 2025.
Draft Variation
In the approved Hosur Development Plan 2046 under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Hosur New Town Development Planning area in page no.352 of 94-Muthuganapalli village, S.F.Nos.35/1A and page no.302 of Gobanapalli village S.F.Nos. 550/4, 550/5; 553/1A, 553/1B 553/3; 554/1, 554/2A, 554/2B; 555/1 and 555/2 the following entries should be made.
(i) Under the heading "Industrial use" in 94-Muthuganapalli village the following S.F.No.35/1A shall be added after S.f.No.20 in the Sl.No.3(i) of Page No.352.
(ii) Under the heading of "Agricultural use" in 94-Muthuganapalli village the following S.F.No.35 (except 35/1A) shall be substituted instead of 35 in Sl.No.5 of Page No.352.
(iii) Under the heading "Industrial use" in Gobanapalli village the following S.F.Nos.550/4, 550/5; 553/1A, 553/1B, 553/3; 554/1, 554/2A, 554/2B; 555/1 and 555/2 shall be added after S.f.No.539 in the Sl.No.2(i) of Page No.302.
July 1, 2026] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 309(iv) Under the heading of "Residential use" in Gobanapalli village the following S.F.No.550 (except 550/4, 550/5), 553 (except 553/1A, 553/1B, 553/3), 554 (except 554/1, 554/2A, 554/2B) and 555 (except 555/1, 555/2) shall be substituted instead of 550, 553, 554, 555 in Sl.No.1 of Page No.302.

i. உத்தேச மனையிடத்திற்கு அருகில் S.முத்துகானப்பள்ளி கிராமம், புல எண்.30-இல் வாரி அமைந்துள்ளதால் நீர்நிலைகளை ஒட்டி மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் வளர்ச்சிகளுக்குத் தேவையான உரிய வழிமுறைகள் பின்பற்றப்பட வேண்டும்.
ii. உத்தேச இடத்தின் ஊடே S.முத்துகானப்பள்ளி கிராமம், புல எண்.30-இல் அமைந்துள்ள வாரிக்கு கண்காணிப்பு பொறியாளர், நீர்வளத்துறை, பெண்ணையாறு வடிநில வட்டம், திருவண்ணாமலை அவர்களின் 29.10.2025-ஆம் நாளிட்ட கடிதத்தில் தெரிவித்துள்ளவாறு மனுதாரர் தனது சொந்த செலவில் பாலம் (Culvert) அமைக்க வேண்டும். அதில் தெரிவித்துள்ள நிபந்தனைகள் தவறாது கடைப்பிடிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
iii. உத்தேச இடத்தில் தமிழ்நாடு மாசு கட்டுப்பாட்டு வாரியம் / தமிழ்நாடு ஒருங்கிணைந்த வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் கட்டட விதிகள், 2019-ன்படி Green Category/Orange Category-ஆக வகைப்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள தொழிற்சாலை மட்டுமே அமைக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
iv. தமிழ்நாடு ஒருங்கிணைந்த வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் கட்டிட விதிகள் 2019-க்கு உட்பட்டு வளர்ச்சிக் பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும்.

Variation to the Review Approved Karur Master Plan for the Karur Local Planning Area

No.VI(1)/386/2026.
1) In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use conversion from Agriculture Use Zone into Residential Use Zone is ordered vide G.O. (2Pa) No. 61, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(CLU-1)] Department dated: 12.02.2026.
2) In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O(MS) No 102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Karur Local Planning Authority which was Review approved under the said Act in G.O.Ms. No.237, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department dated: 01.11.2010 and in Notification No: II(2)/HOU/700/2010 at page No: 815, of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 24.11.2010.
Variation
In the said Review Approved Karur Master Plan, in the land use schedule, under the heading in Kadapparai Village Page No: 101 regard S.F.No. 142/1A & 142/2A the following entries should be made:
1. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.Nos. against the entry Residential-MR, the expression S.F.No:
142/1A & 142/2A shall be inserted before the expression SF.No.170pt.
2. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.Nos: against the entry Agriculture, the expression S.F.No:134 to 142 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.No: 134 to 141, 142pt (except S.F.No.142/1A & 142/2A) shall be substituted.
