July 8, 2026] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 343WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a number of depositors that Messrs Om Sakthi Emu Farms, Tiruppur District, a financial establishment, has defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;
AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishment is not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;
AND WHEREAS, the movable properties specified in the Schedule to this Order are alleged to have been procured by the said financial establishment from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching the movable properties owned by the accused of the financial establishment Messrs Om Sakthi Emu Farms, functioned at Door No.119/A, Palani Road, Dindigul pirivu,
The Schedule.
Dharapuram, Tiruppur District, as specified in the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control over the property to the Competent Authority, namely, the District Revenue Officer, Tiruppur District appointed under the said Act. 2. The Competent Authority / District Revenue Officer, Tiruppur District, is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub- sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a number of depositors that Messrs Hammed Transport, Thanjavur District, a financial establishment, has defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;
AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishment is not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;
AND WHEREAS, in addition to the immovable properties ad-interimly attached in the Government Order first read above, the immovable properties specified in the Schedule to this Order are alleged to have been procured by the Accused No.2-Musthafa of the said financial establishment from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors and settled to his father Thiru.Mohamad Haneefa.
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim Order attaching the immovable properties of Thiru.Mohamad Haneefa, F/o. Musthafa (A2), in connection with the default of the financial establishment, namely, Messrs Hammed Transport, functioned at Door No.47A, Railway Station Road, Ayyampetai, Papanasam Taluk, Thanjavur District, as specified in the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control over the said immovable properties to the Competent Authority, namely, the District Revenue Officer, Thanjavur District, appointed under the said Act. 2. The Competent Authority / District Revenue Officer, Thanjavur District is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub- sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching the immovable properties of Accused No.2-Ganesh S/o.Rajappan of the defaulted financial establishments, Messrs Best Growth City and Messrs B.G.Agri Farms
The Schedule.
Tamil Nadu Limited, functioned at Door No. 442, B/W Convent Opposite, Thattivilas Hotel Back Side, Periyakulam Road, Theni District, as specified in the Schedule to this Order and transfer the control over the said immovable properties to the Competent Authority, namely, the District Revenue Officer, Theni District, appointed under the said Act.
2. The Competent Authority / District Revenue Officer, Theni District is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub- sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.
3. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai is requested to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority / District Revenue Officer, Theni District in filing the application before the Special Court constituted under the said Act.
