No.II(2)/CTRRE/546/2026.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby remits the stamp duty chargeable under the said Act in respect of the sale deed to be executed by the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited in favour of the Directorate of Enforcement for the sale of the office building of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited with the land admeasuring 1.94 acres situated at No.87/93, Dinrose Telephone Exchange, Thaiyar Sahib Street, Anna Salai, Chennai-600 002.

No.II(2)/HO/550/2026.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 32(1) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (Central Act 32 of 2012), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following appointment of Special Public Prosecutor on transfer for the Special Court constituted for exclusive trial of cases filed under POCSO Act, 2012 noted against her for conducting cases only under the provisions of the said act:-
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching the movable properties owned by the accused No.1-Ponvelappan, S/o.Sengodagounder and No.3- Saravanan, S/o.Ponvelappan of the financial establishment Messrs Balaji Finance, functioned S.P.Plaza, 2nd Floor, Sandaipettaipudur pirivu, Namakkal District, as specified in the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control over the property to the Competent Authority, namely, the Superintendent of Police, West Zone, Economic Offences Wing, appointed under the said Act.

Pvt Ltd, Tiruppur District, a financial establishment, has defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;
AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishment is not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS, in addition to the immovable property ad-interimly attached in the Government order first read above, the immovable properties specified in the Schedule to this Order which were purchased prior to commencement of business and later settled in the name of the accused No.4-P.Sellasubramaniam, S/o. No.II(2)/HOU/553/2026.—WHEREAS, the Governor of Tamil Nadu, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (4) of section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) had declared that the area comprising of Vedaranyam Second Grade Municipality to be Vedaranyam local planning area, and the same has been published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/HOU/22/2016, at page 11 of Part II - Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 13th January 2016;
AND WHEREAS, the Governor of Tamil Nadu, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub- section (1) of section 10 of the said Act had declared the intention to include the revenue villages namely, 48.Kadinevayal, 49. Adhanur, 51. Neivilakku, 52. Thethakudi South and 53. Periyakuthagai in the Vedaranyam local planning area, and the same has been published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/HOU/518/2024, at page 317 of Part II Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 26th June 2024 and all the objections or suggestions have been considered;
NOW, THEREFORE, in partial modification of the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No. II(2)/HOU/22/2016, published at page 11 of Part II - Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 13th January 2016 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that the Vedaranyam local planning area shall consist of the areas specified in the Table below ;-

D. சரவணக்குமார், தொழில் வினைஞர், (பணி.எண். 018730) என்பவருக்கு வழங்கப்பட்ட தண்டனை உத்தரவுகளை இரத்து செய்யக் கோருவது குறித்து தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;
மேற்சொன்ன தகராறை எழுவினாக்களுடன் கோயம்புத்தூர் தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்விற்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;
என்பவருக்கு நிர்வாகம் வழங்கிய உத்தரவு எண் 1/ஜி5/635/ தஅபோக/2009, நாள். 30.12.2016-ன் படி வருடாந்திர ஊதிய உயர்வினை ஒரு வருட காலத்திற்கு பின் தொடர்ச்சியுடன் தள்ளி வைத்து பிறப்பித்த உத்தரவினை இரத்து செய்தும், தற்காலிக வேலைநீக்க நாட்களான 03.12.2009 முதல் 01.01.2010 வரையிலான 30 நாட்களை விடுப்பு கணக்கில் நிலுவையிலுள்ள விடுப்பு நாட்களை பொறுத்து விடுப்பாக கருதி பிறப்பித்த உத்தரவினை இரத்து செய்து, அதற்குண்டான பணம் பணித்தொடர்ச்சி மற்றும் சட்டப் பலன்களை நிர்வாகம் வழங்க வேண்டுமென்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானதுதானா? ஆமெனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்கவும்.
1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947 ) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, கோரிக்கை எண்கள் 1 மற்றும் 2-ஐ கீழ்க்காணும் எழுவினாக்களுடன் கோயம்புத்தூர் தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

2. மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10 (2A) பிரிவின் கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்வு அளிக்குமாறு கோயம்புத்தூர் தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றம் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

D. சரவணக்குமார், தொழில் வினைஞர், (ப.எண்.018730) என்பவருக்கு நிர்வாகம் 01.07.2020 முதல் 11.08.2020 தேதி வரை மனுதாரரின் ஈட்டிய விடுப்பு சேமிப்பு கணக்கில் கழிக்கப்பட்ட, ஈட்டிய விடுப்பு நாட்களை, மீண்டும் மனுதாரரது ஈட்டிய விடுப்பு சேமிப்பு கணக்கில் சேர்க்க வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

D. சரவணக்குமார், தொழில் வினைஞர், (ப.எண்.018730) என்பவர் மீது நிர்வாகம் 12.08.2020 முதல் 07.09.2020 வரையிலான 27 நாட்களுக்கு "ஆப்சென்ட்" என குறியீடு செய்து இருப்பதை மாற்றம் செய்வதுடன், மேற்படி காலங்களுக்கு ஊதியம்கணக்கிட்டு வழங்கவும் வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.
மேற்சொன்ன தகராறை எழுவினாக்களுடன் கோயம்புத்தூர் தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்விற்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;
