FIXATION OF WHOLESALE ISSUE PRICE TO THE PDS RETAIL POINTS/ RETAILERS AND REVISION OF RETAIL SELLING PRICE OF (RSP) KEROSENE AT RETAIL OUTLETS UNDER TAMIL NADU KEROSENE (REGULATION OF TRADE) ORDER, 1973.

In exercise of the powers conferred on me under clause 13 of Tamil Nadu Kerosene (Regulation of Trade) Order, 1973 read with section 3 (2) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and in partial modification of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary No.401, dated, 28th September 2020 and in pursuance Revision of inclusion of 5% GST on Wholesale Kerosene Dealer's Commission and the Transport margin Revision of Retail Selling price of Public Distribution System kerosene with effect from 10th June 2026 ordered in G.O Ms. No.41, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (C2) Department, dated, 10.06.2026. I, the Director of Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department, direct that with effect from the date of notification the kerosene wholesale issue price to Public Distribution System Retail Outlets, Retailers, and on special permits in respect of Domestic Kerosene and Retail Selling Price of Kerosene in Chennai City and Belt Area shall be as follows:

Consequent to the above revision of the Wholesale Dealer issue price and the Retail Kerosene Selling price of the Domestic Kerosene, Wholesale Dealers issue kerosene to the Public Distribution System Retail Outlets run by Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation, Co-operatives, other private societies, Retailers and on special permits attached to them at the revised issue price indicated in column (7) above. The Public Distribution system Retail outlets run by Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation, Co-operatives, other private societies, and Retailers, should sell kerosene at the revised Retail Selling Price to the cardholders at the rates indicated in column 8 (eight), 9 (nine) and 10 (ten) above.
