This notification is made under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Right of Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land acquisition, Rehabilitation and resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013), to all whom it may concern.
A Plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Collector, Coimbatore and Commissioner, Coimbatore Corporation (on any working day during the working hours.
The requiring department Corporation Commissioner, Coimbatore and his staff to is authorized to enter upon, survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub-soil and do all other acts required for the proper execution of their work as provided and specified in section 12 of the said Act.
Under sub – section (4) of section 11 of the said Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e. sale / purchase, etc or create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette without prior approval of the Collector.
Objections to the acquisition, if any, may be filed by the person interested within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette as provided under section 15 of the said Act before the Land Acquisition Officer and District Revenue Officer, Coimbatore.

இந்த அறிவிக்கை, 2013 ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவுமறைவின்மைக்கும், மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச்சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 30/2013) 11(1) பிரிவின் கீழ் வழங்கப்பட்டிருக்கும் விதிமுறைகளின் கீழ் தொடர்புடைய அனைவருக்காகவும் வெளியிடப்படுகிறது.
நில எடுப்பு திட்டம் தொடர்பான விவரங்களை கோயம்புத்தூர் மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் அலுவலகம் மற்றும் கோயம்புத்தூர் மாநகராட்சி ஆணையாளர் அலுவலகம் ஆகிய அலுவலகங்களை அணுகி பார்வையிடலாம்.
மேற்சொன்ன சட்டத்தின் 12 ஆம் பிரிவில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள மற்றும் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு, நிலத்தில் நுழைதல், யாதொரு நிலங்களை அளவெடுத்தல், அடிமண்ணை தோண்டுதல் அல்லது ஆழ்துளையிடுதல் மற்றும் இது தொடர்பான அனைத்து செயல்களையும் முறையாகச் செயல்படுத்த கேட்புத்துறையான கோயம்புத்தூர் மாநகராட்சி ஆணையாளர் மற்றும் அவரது பணியாளருக்கு அதிகாரம் அளிக்கப்படுகிறது.
இச்சட்டத்தின் 11(4) ஆம் பிரிவின்கீழ், யாதொரு நபரும் நிலத்தை விற்பனை செய்தல்/ வாங்குதல் போன்ற யாதொரு பரிமாற்றங்களில் ஈடுபடுதல் அல்லது பரிமாற்றங்கள் செய்தல் அல்லது மாவட்ட ஆட்சியரின் முன் அங்கீகாரம் இன்றி இந்த அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து யாதொரு வில்லங்கங்களையும் ஏற்படுத்த இயலாது.
நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதல் தொடர்பாக மறுப்புரை ஏதேனும், இருப்பின், இச்சட்டத்தின் 15 ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு இந்த அறிவிக்கை வெளியிட்ட நாளிலிருந்து 60 நாட்களுக்குள் (அறுபது நாட்களுக்குள்ளாக) பற்றுள்ளவர் அதனை, நிலஎடுப்பு அலுவலர் மற்றும் கோயம்புத்தூர் மாவட்ட வருவாய் அலுவலரிடம் மனு அளிக்கலாம்.

In exercise of the powers delegated by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O. Ms. No.419, Housing and Urban Development Department dated 1st June 1984 under Section 91 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 the Member-Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority hereby makes the following variation under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) to the Second Master Plan for Chennai Metropolitan Area 2026, approved in G.O.(Ms) No.190 Housing & Urban Development (UD I) Department dated 02.09.2008 and published as per G.O.(Ms) No.191 Housing & Urban Development (UD I) Department dated 02.09.2008, as Housing and Urban Development Department Notification in No.266 Part II – Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 2nd September 2008.

Survey Nos. 6/1A1A and 6/2A2, Orakkadu Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District, Sholavaram Panchayat Union Limit classified as "Agricultural Use Zone" is now reclassified as "Industrial Use Zone" subject to the condition that remarks of Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board to be obtained during development at the site.

A 15.0 m. wide green buffer shall be maintained within the site boundary along the sides abutting the Adyar River and the adjoining residential developments at the time of development and the same shall be taken into the consideration towards the Open Space Reservation (OSR) requirement. Also, a 3.0m. wide buffer shall be provided along the sides abutting the channel,
iii. Access to the excluded portion and adjacent land to be ensured while taking up development at the site under reference.
