The following Government Order is Published:-

read :
1. G.O.(D) No.55, Housing and Urban Development (HB1-2) Department, dated 04.06.2026.
2. Representation received from Thiru. V.Siva, dated 17.07.2026.
Order: No. 72, Housing and Urban Development [HB1(2)], 21st July 2026.
In the Government Order first read above orders were issued accepting the Resignation of Thiru. Poochi S.Murugan from the post of Chairman, Tamil Nadu Housing Board with effect from 05.05.2026.
2. Now, the Government appoints Thiru. V.Siva as the Chairman of Tamil Nadu Housing Board with effect from 21.07.2026.
3. The terms and conditions of appointment of the above individual will be issued separately.

Under section 4 of the Tamil Nadu State Housing Board Act, 1961 (Tamil Nadu Act 17 of 1961), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints Thiru. V.Siva as the Chairman of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board with effect from 21.07.2026.
