In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 (Tamil Nadu Act 30 of 1983), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby confers the powers of Registrar under Section 89 of that Act, on the officers specified in Column (3) of the Table below, for the area specified in Column (2) thereof:-
