(i) G.O.Ms.No.2691, Home (SC) Department, dated 07.11. 1985 amended upto 24.12.2018.
(ii) G.O.Ms.No.2431, Home (SC) Department, No.II(2)/HO/593/2026.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3-A of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the High Court, Madras, hereby appoints one Additional District Judge to the District Court, Tenkasi for the purpose of exclusive trial of cases registered Under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Central Act 33 of 1989) and also fixes the number of District Judge and Additional District Judges to be appointed to the said District Court as Three with effect on and from the date on which the said Additional District Judge, assumes charge of the said Special Court.

In the circumstances reported by the Additional Director General of Police/Director General of Prisons in the letter third read above, the Government have decided to enhance the monthly medal allowance to the recipients of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Prison Medal for Good Service awarded on the occasion of Pongal Day.
2. Accordingly, the following amendment is issued to the Government Orders first and second read above.
Amendment
In the said Rules, in Rule-10, the following shall be substituted: -
No.II(2)/HO/594/2026.—In exercise of powers conferred by section 14 of the Scheduled Castes and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Central Act 33 of 1989), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the High Court, Madras, hereby makes the following amendment to the Home Department: Notification No.II(2)/HO/2422./97, published at page 685 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 3rd December 1997, as subsequently amended, namely:-·
Amendment.
In the said Notification, in the TABLE,- for Serial Number 33 in column (1) and the corresponding entries in the columns (2), (3) and (4) thereof, the following entries, shall, respectively, be substituted:-

ஆனி 30, பராபவ, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2057.] No.II(2)/HO/596/2026.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(1) of the Protection of Childrern from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (Central Act 32 of 2012), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following appointment of Special Public Prosecutor to conduct trial of Special Case No.57/2024 filed under POCSO Act registered in Namakkal district, Tiruchengode AWPS Crime No. 17/2024 in the Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal:-
AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishment is not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;
AND. The following Government Order is published:-
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests ,of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching the immovable properties of Royal Vetri Educational and Charitable Trust purchased by its Chairman and Secretary for the default of the financial establishment, namely, Messrs Royal Agro and Dairy Limited, VeIlore District functioned at No. 3, Post Office Street, Krishna Nagar, Vellore District, as specified in the Schedule to this order and transfers the control over the said immovable properties to the Competent Authority namely, the Superintendent of Police, North Zone, Economic Offences Wing appointed under the said Act.

1947 ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு கோரிக்கை எண்கள் 2, 3, மற்றும் 4-ஐ கீழ்க்காணும் எழுவினாக்களுடன் சேலம் தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

தற்போது, மாதம் ஒரு முறை வழங்கப்பட்டு வரும் 50ml தேங்காய் எண்ணெய் மற்றும் அரை கிலோ ஊட்டச்சத்து பானம் என்பதை உயர்த்தி, இனி 250ml தேங்காய் எண்ணெய் மற்றும் ஒரு கிலோ ஊட்டச்சத்து பானம் வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயம்தானா?
ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

திரு. M. செந்தில், ஓட்டுநர்(பணி எண். DR 4830) என்பவருக்கு நிர்வாகம் வழங்கிய தண்டனை உத்தரவு குறிப்பாணை எண். 137/2571/டி4/த.அ.போ.க/2015, நாள்: 10.04.2015-ன் படி வருடாந்திர ஊதிய உயர்வை மூன்று மாத காலத்திற்கு திரண்ட பயனின்றி தள்ளிவைத்து பிறப்பித்த உத்தரவினை இரத்து செய்து, அதனால் மனுதாரருக்கு கிடைக்கக் கூடிய பணப்பலன்களை பெற்றுத்தர வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானதுதானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

ஊதிய உயர்வு உள்ளிட்ட கோரிக்கைகள் நீதிமன்ற விசாரணை நிலுவையில் இருக்கும் காலம் வரை இடைக்கால நிவாரணமாக ஒவ்வொரு தொழிலாளிக்கும் மாதம் ரூ.15,000/- வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயம்தானா?

4. மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு தொழிற்தீர்ப்பாயம் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
திரு. M. செந்தில், ஓட்டுநர்(பணி எண். DR 4830) என்பவருக்கு நிர்வாகம் வழங்கிய தண்டனை உத்தரவு எண்.582/த.அ.போ.க/2014, நாள்.28.02.2015-ன் படி வருடாந்திர ஊதிய உயர்வை ஆறு மாத காலத்திற்கு திரண்ட பயனின்றி தள்ளிவைத்து பிறப்பித்த உத்தரவினை இரத்து செய்து, அதனால் மனுதாரருக்கு கிடைக்கக் கூடிய பணப்பலன்களை பெற்றுத்தர வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானதுதானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

M. செந்தில், ஓட்டுநர் (பணி எண். DR 4830) என்பவருக்கு வழங்கப்பட்ட பல்வேறு தண்டனை உத்தரவுகளை இரத்து செய்யக் கோருவது குறித்து தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;
2. மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10 (2A) பிரிவின் கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்வு அளிக்குமாறு சேலம் தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றம் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
மேற்சொன்ன தகராறை எழுவினாக்களுடன் சேலம் தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்விற்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;
