CONSTITUTION OF THE TAMIL NADU AUTHORITY FOR ADVANCE RULING CONSISTING OF THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS UNDER THE TAMIL NADU GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017 [G.O. Ms. No.88, Commercial Taxes, Registration and Religious Endowments (B1), 30th July 2026, ஆடி 14, பராபவ, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2057.]

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 96 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2017) and in supersession of the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department Notification No.II(2)/CTR/1111(b)/2025, published in Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated 7th October, 2025, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby constitutes the Tamil Nadu Authority for Advance Ruling consisting of the following members, namely:-
(i) Thiru. Rednam Venkatapradhamesh Bhanu, Additional Commissioner of GST & Central Excise, Audit-I Commissionerate, Chennai (with effect from 19.06.2026); and
(ii) Thiru.B.Suseel Kumar, Joint Commissioner (State Tax) (with effect from 07.12.2024).
