No.284, Commercial Taxes, Registration and Religious Endowments (J1), 16th July 2026, ஆனி 32, பராபவ, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2057.] No.II(2)/CTRRE/606/2026.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby provides for the payment of the consolidated stamp duty of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakh Only) chargeable under the said Act in respect of issue of insurance policies by branches under Tirunelveli Division of Life Insurance Corporation of India, P&GS Department, Divisional Office, Tirunelveli for the period from 16.03.2026 to 31.03.2028.

No.II(2)/CTRRE/603/2026.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby provides for the payment of the consolidated stamp duty of Rs.35,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Lakh Only) chargeable under the said Act in respect of issue of insurance policies by the United India Insurance Company Limited, Regional Office, Chennai-14, and for extending the validity period for utilizing the e-stamp balance amount of Rs.6,28,283.72/- for the period from 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2027.

No.286, Commercial Taxes, Registration and Religious Endowments (J1), 16th July 2026, ஆனி 32, பராபவ, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2057.] Messrs Sri Krishna Real Estate, Tirunelveli District No.II(2)/CTRRE/605/2026.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby provides for the payment of the consolidated stamp duty of Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakh Only) chargeable under the said Act in respect of issue of insurance policies by all the branches under Coimbatore Division of the Life Insurance Corporation of India, New Business Department, Coimbatore for the period from 01.04.2026 to 30.06.2026.

The following Government Order is published:-
Aug. 5, 2026] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 391[G.O. (4D).No.89, Home (Police-XIX), 1st July 2026, ஆனி 17, பராபவ, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2057.] Read:
1. G.O.(4D).No.11, Home (Police-XIX) Department, dated 24.01.2025.

3. From the Additional Director General of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Chennai Letter e-RC. No.C1/EOW/11165/2024, dated 15.12.2025.
Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching the immovable properties of the Accused No.3-Geetha, W/o.Jeyabaskar (A2) of the defaulted financial establishment, namely, Messrs Sri Krishna Real Estate, functioned at Door No.155, Priyam Plaza, Santhi Pillaiyar Kovil North Side, West Car Street, Tirunelveli Town and District, as specified in the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control over the said immovable properties to the Competent Authority, namely, the District Revenue Officer, Tirunelveli District appointed under the said Act. 2. The Competent Authority / District Revenue Order:- No. 89, Home (Police-XIX), dated 1st July 2026.
WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a number of depositors that Messrs Sri Krishna Real Estate, Tirunelveli District, a financial establishment, has defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;
AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishment is not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;
AND WHEREAS, in addition to the immovable properties ad-interimly attached in the Government Order first and second read above, the immovable properties specified in the Schedule to this Order are alleged to have been procured by the said financial establishment from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors.
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Officer, Tirunelveli District is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.
3. The District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar District is requested to render necessary assistance in attachment process on the properties located in their district, to the Competent Authority / District Revenue Officer, Tirunelveli District.
4. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai is requested to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority/ District Revenue Officer, Tirunelveli District in filing the application before the Special Court constituted under the said Act.

the said financial establishment is not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;
AND WHEREAS, in addition to the movable/immovable properties ad-interimly attached in the Government Orders first to seventh read above, the immovable properties specified in the Schedule to this Order are alleged to have been procured by the said financial establishment from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997(Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching the immovable properties owned by the accused involved of the financial establishment Messrs Elfin E.Com Private Limited, functioned at Door No.11, 1st Street, Old Employment Office, Mannarpuram, Tiruchirappalli as specified in the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control over the property to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority /Superintendent of Police, Central Zone, Economic Offences Wing, appointed under the said Act.
2. No.II(2)/LWSD/610/2026.—தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்துக் கழகம் (மதுரை) லிமிடெட், மதுரை என்ற நிருவாகத்திற்கும் அரவிந்த் கெஜ்ரிவால் TNSTC தொழிலாளர் நல சங்கம், மதுரை என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும், இத்தொழிற்தகராறை பின்வரும் எழுவினாவுடன் மதுரை, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV / 1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு தமிழ்நாடு
