AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to section 32 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Central Act XVI of 1908), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department Notification No.II(2)/CTR/735/(a-2)/2022 published at pages 1 to 2 of Part II - Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 12th September 2022, namely:-
2. The amendment hereby made shall come into force with effect on and from the 6th August 2026.
Amendment
In the said Notification, in the Table, after serial number 18 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and the entries shall be added, namely:-
