Whereas it appears to the appropriate Government has given Administrative Sanction that a total of 0.20.24 Hectares of Rayat dry land is required in the Karukanahalli Village in Denkanikottai Taluk in Krishnagiri District. Namely Construction of Primary School Building so Social Impact Assessment shall not apply according to the provision of Sub-section 6(2) of Right to Fair Compensation, and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. No family will not displace due to the land acquisition. Therefore, it is notified that for the above said project, In the namely Construction of Primary School Building, Land Measuring an extent of 0.20.24 Hectares, the detalls for which area specified Karukanahalli Village, Denkanikottal Taluk, Krishnagiri District in the schedule below, under acquisition.

This notification is made under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Right of Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land acquisition, Rehabilitation and resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013), to all whom it may concern.

A plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Collector and Land Acquisition Officer/ Sub Collector on any working day during the working hours. The Government is pleased to authorize the requiring department Block Development Officer Kelamangalam and his staff to enter upon a survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub-soil and do all other acts required for the proper execution of their works as provided and specified in sertion 12 of the said act.

Under sub-section (4) cf section 11 of the said Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e. sale/purchase, etc or create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette without prior approval of the Collector.

Objections to the acquisition, if any may be filed by the person interested within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette as provided under section 15 of the said Act before the Collector.

கிருஷ்ணகிரி மாவட்டம், தேன்கனிக்கோட்டை வட்டம், கருக்கனஹள்ளி கிராமத்தில் மொத்தம் 0.20.24 ஹெக்டேர்0.20.24 ஹெக்டேர் ரயத்து புன்செய் நிலம் தொட்டமெட்டரை ஊராட்சி ஒன்றிய தொடக்கப்பள்ளி கட்டடம் கட்ட தேவைப்படுவதாக அரசு உத்தேசித்து உரிய நிர்வாக அனுமதி வழங்கி ஆணையிட்டுள்ளது. தொட்டமெட்டரை ஊராட்சி ஒன்றிய தொடக்கப்பள்ளி கட்டடம் கட்டுவதற்கு மட்டும் கையகம் செய்யப்படுவதால் நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மைக்கும் மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச்சட்டத்தின் பிரிவு 6(2)-ன் கீழ் சமூக தாக்க மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு மேற்கொள்ளும் தேவை எழவில்லை. இத்திட்டத்திற்காக நிலம் கையகப்படுத்தப்படுவதன் காரணமாக குடும்பங்கள் ஏதும் இடமாற்றம் செய்யப்படவில்லை. மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்காக ஒசூர் சார் ஆட்சியர் உரிய அலுவலராக நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார். எனவே, கிருஷ்ணகிரி மாவட்டம், தேன்கனிக்கோட்டை வட்டம், கருக்கனஹள்ளி கிராமத்தில் மேற்சொன்ன திட்டத்திற்காக 0.20.24 ஹெக்டேர் 0.20.24 ஹெக்டேர் ரயத்து புன்செய் பரப்பளவு கொண்ட நிலப்பகுதி கையப்படுத்தப்படவுள்ளது என அறிவிக்கப்படுகிறது. அதன் விரிவான விவரங்கள் பின்வருமாறு,

இந்த அறிவிக்கை 2013 ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவுமறைவின்மைக்கும், மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் 30/2013) 11(1) பிரிவின் கீழ் வழங்கப்பட்டிருக்கும் விதிமுறைகளை கீழ் தொடர்புடைய அனைவருக்காகவும் வெளியிடப்படுகிறது.

மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் மற்றும் நில எடுப்பு அலுவலர்/சார் ஆட்சியர் ஆகியோர் யாதொரு வேலை நாட்களிலும் வேலை நேரங்களிலும் நிலத்தின் திட்டம் குறித்து ஆய்வு செய்யப்படலாம்.

மேற்சொன்ன சட்டத்தின் 12 ஆம் பிரிவில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள மற்றும் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு, நிலத்தில் நுழைதல், யாதொரு நிலங்களை அளவெடுத்தல், அடிமண்ணை தோண்டுதல் அல்லது ஆழ்துளையிடுதல் மற்றும் இது தொடர்பான அனைத்து செயல்களையும் முறையாகச் செயல்படுத்த கேட்புத்துறையான வட்டார வளர்ச்சி அலுவலர் கெலமங்கலம் மற்றும் அவரது பணியாளருக்கு அதிகாரமளிக்குமாறு அரசிடம் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

இச்சட்டத்தின் 11 (4) ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ், யாதொரு நபரும் நிலத்தை விற்பனை செய்தல்/வாங்குதல் போன்ற யாதொரு பரிமாற்றங்களில் ஈடுபடுதல் அல்லது பரிமாற்றங்கள் செய்தல் அல்லது மாவட்ட ஆட்சியரின் முன் அங்கீகாரம் இன்றி இந்த அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து யாதொரு வில்லங்கங்களையும் ஏற்படுத்த இயலாது.

கையகப்படுத்துதல் தொடர்பாக மறுப்புரை ஏதேனும், இருப்பின் இச்சட்டத்தின் 15 ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு இந்த அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து 60 நாட்களுக்குள் (60 நாட்களுக்குள்ளாக) பற்றுள்ளவர் அதனை, மாவட்ட ஆட்சியரிடம் அளிக்கலாம்.

Constitution of a District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court at Alathur in Perambalur District

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby fixes Alathur in Perambalur District as the place at which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Alathur shall be located.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that in Perambalur District, the District Munsif Court's at Perambalur shall cease to have local jurisdiction over the entire Revenue Taluk of Alathur and the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Alathur shall have and exercise local jurisdiction over the entire Revenue Taluk of Alathur with effect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Alathur assumes charge of that Court.

(iii) Under the heading "Industrial use" in Moranapalli village the following S.F.Nos.1047/1A, 1047/1B, 1047/2; 1048/1, 1048/2; 1049/1, 1049/2; 1050/1A, 1050/2; 1051/1, 1051/2; 1053/2B; 1054/2B; 1055/1, 1055/3B; 1056/1, 1056/2; 1057/1A, 1057/1C, 1057/2A; 1058; 1059/1A, 1059/3; 1060/2A2, 1060/3; 1061/2; 1062/1, 1062/2; 1064/1 & 1064/3B shall be added after S.F.No.991/1A2 in the Sl.No.3(i) of Page No.344.

(iv) Under the heading of "Agricultural use" in Moranapalli village the following S.F.No.1038 to 1054 (except 1047/1A, 1047/1B, 1047/2; 1048/1, 1048/2; 1049/1, 1049/2; 1050/1A, 1050/2; 1051/1, 1051/2; 1053/2B; 1054/2B), 1055 (except 1055/1, 1055/3B), 1056 (except 1056/1, 1056/2), 1057pt (except 1057/1A, 1057/1C, 1057/2A), 1059 pt (except 1059/1A, 1059/3), 1060pt (except 1060/2A2, 1060/3), 1061pt (except 1061/2), 1062 (except 1062/1, 1062/2), 1064 pt (except 1064/1 & 1064/3B) shall be substituted instead of 1038 to 1054, 1055, 1056, 1057pt, 1059pt, 1060pt, 1061pt, 1062, 1064pt & 1058 shall be removed in Sl.No.5 of Page No.345.

i. மனையிடத்தின் கிழக்கு எல்லையினை ஒட்டி மோரனப்பள்ளி கிராமம் அ-பதிவேட்டின்படி புல எண். 932-ல் "ஆறு" செல்கிறது. மோரனப்பள்ளி கிராமம் சர்வே எண்கள். 1055/2, 1055/355/3A, 1057/1B, 1057/2B, 1059/1B, 1059/2, 1060/1A2, 1060/1B, 1060/2B, 1061/1, 1064/2, 1064/3A B, 1060/2B, 1061/1, 1064/2, 1064/3A மற்றும் தொரப்பள்ளி அக்ரஹாரம் கிராமம், புல எண்கள். 254/2A1, 254/1B, 253/1B, 253/2A, 252/2B2, 253/3B, 251/4B, 250/2B, 250/4B, 248/1B, 247/1B, 247/2D2, 246/1B, 243/2B, 242/2A2, 242/3B2-ல் "நீர்தேக்க திட்ட வலதுபுற கால்வாய்" அமைந்துள்ளது. தொரப்பள்ளி அக்ரஹாரம் கிராமம் அ-பதிவேட்டின்படி புல எண்கள். 251/5, 252/4, 253/3, 254/4, 244, 245 ஆகியவற்றில் ஓடையும் புல எண்கள். 260, 264/1, 287/1-ல் வாரியும் அமைகிறது. மோரனப்பள்ளி கிராம வரைபடத்தின்படி புல எண்கள். 1049/1, 1049/2, 1050/1A, 1050/2, 1059/1A, 1060/3-ல்"நிலவியல் ஓடையும்" புல எண்கள். 1051/1, 1051/2-ல் "நிலவியல் ஓடையும்" அமைவதனால் அதனை உள்ளது உள்ளவாறே பராமரிக்கப்பட வேண்டும். நீர்நிலைகள் மாசுபடாத வண்ணம் நீர்நிலைகளை ஒட்டி மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் வளர்ச்சிகளுக்குத் தேவையான உரிய வழிமுறைகள் பின்பற்றப்பட வேண்டும்.

ii. உத்தேச இடத்தில் கால்வாய்கள், ஓடைகளைக் கடக்க நீர்வளத்துறையின் தடையின்மைச் சான்று பெற்று சிறுபாலங்கள் அமைக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

iii. கிராம வரைபடத்தின்படி உத்தேச இடத்தில் புல எண். 1047/2-ல் மனுதாரரின் பெயரில் குட்டை அமைந்துள்ளதால், அதனை உள்ளது உள்ளவாறே பராமரிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

iv. உத்தேச மனையிடத்தினூடே புல எண். 1063-ல் கோவில் நிலம் அமைந்துள்ளதால் அதற்கு உரிய அணுகுபாதை அமைத்துத்தர வேண்டும்.

v. உத்தேச இடத்தில் தமிழ்நாடு மாசு கட்டுப்பாட்டு வாரியம் / தமிழ்நாடு ஒருங்கிணைந்த வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் கட்டட விதிகள், 2019-ன்படி Green Category/Orange Category-ஆக வகைப்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள தொழிற்சாலை மட்டுமே அமைக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

vi. தமிழ்நாடு ஒருங்கிணைந்த வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் கட்டிட விதிகள் 2019-க்கு உட்பட்டு வளர்ச்சி பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும்.
