"Under the powers conferred on the Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives under Section 137 (2) (b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 (Act 30 of 1983), the affairs of the Rahumaniya Auto Rickshaw Drivers Industrial Cooperative Society, Ind No. 14/MDU/2007, Madurai District have been ordered to be wound up with immediate effect by the Industries Commissioner and Director of Industries and Commerce Registrar of Industrial Cooperatives, Chennai vide Proc. No. 18878/ICC1/2024-1, dated 29.07.2026.
Under Section 138 (1) of the same Act, the Assistant Director (Industrial Co-operatives), District Industries Centre, Madurai has been appointed as the Official Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation".

No.129/2026.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act No.46 of 2023), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Pudukottai District (ii) 5 Deputy Tahsildars in Tiruchirappalli District (iii) 4 Deputy Tahsildars in Namakkal District (iv) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Thanjavur District and (v) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Virudhunagar District, as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.

Madras, hereby makes the following amendment to the Judicial Notification No. VI(1)/675/2023 published in bulletin No.43 at page 522 of Part VI—Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 01.11.2023.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub Section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972 and also in exercise of powers conferred by Government order Ms.No:94, Housing and Urban Development [(UD(4)1)] Department dated 12.06.2009 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No:27, Part II—Section 2, in Page No:228 dated 15.07.2009.
2. Deletion of road earmarked for the proposed 100feet ring road ordered in G.O.Ms. No.59, Housing and Urban Development Department [UD 4(2)] department dated 15.04.2025.The following variations are made to the Master Plan for Thanjavur Local Planning Area Approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification at page No:879 of Part VI—Section 2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 11th October 1995.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following variations to the Review approved Master Plan of Kumbakonam Local Planning area under the said Act and issued in G.O.No:184, Housing and Urban Devt. Department dated 24.5.2005 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No:25, Part II—Section 2, Page No:290 dated 29.6.2005.

In the said Master Plan in "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in V.No.112/1-Annalagraharam Village under the heading 1. Agriculture use zone and Residential use zone the following entries should be made.
2. Against the entry of Mixed Residential use zone (MR-4) S.F.No: 91/1B,2B,3C,4B,5B,6B and shall be added Before 102.
3. Against the entry of Agriculture (AGW-4) use zone the expression 91Part (Except 91/1B,2B,3C,4B,5B,6B) shall be substituted.

Department dated 24.5.2005 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No:25, Part II—Section 2, Page No:290 dated 29.6.2005.

In the said Master Plan in "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in V.No.105-Solamaligai Village under the heading 1. Agriculture use zone and Residential use zone the following entries should be made.
2. Against the entry of Mixed Residential use zone (MR-2) S.F.No: 263/2A,2B,264/1B,1C2,265/1A1,1A2,2A1, 2A2,1B1A,1B1B and shall be added After 172.

1. In Exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Institutional use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D)No.211, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 03.07.2026, subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 103, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] dated 04.07.2025, notification No. II(2)/HOU/582(m)/2025 at Part II— Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 07.07.2025.
Variation
In the said Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Chinnavedampatti Village, Page Nos: 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 the SF No: 171/2A2Bpt and 171/2Cpt the following entries should be made.
Under the heading "Residential land use zone" the expression SF No.171/2A2Bpt, 171/2Cpt shall be added before the SF No.173pt.
Under the heading "Institutional land use zone" the expression SF No: 171pt shall be deleted and the expression SF No: 171pt (except 171/2A2Bpt, 171/2Cpt) shall be substituted.
