EXEMPTION OF PROJECT I.E. "IMPROVEMENTS TO GANDIPET-SHANKERPALLY ROAD FROM KM. 0/0 TO 23/050 IN RANGAREDDY DISTRICT".

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the project i.e "Improvements to Gandipet-Shankerpally Road from Km. 0/0 to 23/050 in Rangareddy District", from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013". It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the above project.
The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) S.R&CRN Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
EXEMPTION OF PROJECT I.E. "CONSTRUCTION OF MINOR BRIDGE WITH 2V OF 10.37 M SPAN RCC SLAB AT KM 12/4 ON DICHPALLY- NIZAMABAD ROAD IN NIZAMABAD DISTRICT".

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the project i.e "Construction of Minor Bridge with 2V of 10.37 m span RCC slab at Km 12/4 on Dichpally-Nizamabad Road in Nizamabad District", from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013". It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the above project.
The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) S.R&CRN Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
EXEMPTION OF PROJECT I.E. "WIDENING AND STRENGTHENING OF KADIPIKONDA-WARANGAL ROAD FROM KM 4/660 TO 8/4 IN WARANGAL TOWN IN WARANGAL DISTRICT (WARANGAL URBAN).

It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the above project.
The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) S.R&CRN Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
EXEMPTION OF PROJECT I.E. "WIDENING AND STRENGTHENING OF JANKAMPET-BASAR ROAD FROM KM 0/0 -19/2 (WORK IN KM 0/0 TO 14/450) (JANKAMPET-NAVIPET-NANDIPET ROAD FROM KM 0/0 TO 8/2 & NAVIPET-YAMCHA ROAD FROM KM 0/0 - 11/0 (WORK IN KM 0/0 TO 6/250) FROM 2 LANE TO 4 LANE IN NIZAMABAD DISTRICT".

EXEMPTION OF PROJECT I.E. "CONSTRUCTION OF HIGH LEVEL BRIDGE ACROSS MANAIR VAGU AT KM 5/8 OF SULTHANABAD - NEERUKULLA ROAD AND 3/6 OF VELDI-VEGURUPALLY ROAD IN KARIMNAGAR DISTRICT".

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the project i.e "Construction of High Level Bridge across Manair Vagu at Km 5/8 of Sulthanabad - Neerukulla road and 3/6 of Veldi-Vegurupally road in Karimnagar District", from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013". It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the above project.
