APPOINTMENT OF THE DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF THE TELENGANA STATE COMMISSION FOR DEBT RELIEF (SMALL FARMERS, AGRICULTURAL LABOURERS AND RURAL ARTISANS) ACT, 2016.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (3) of Section 1of the Telangana State Commission for Debt Relief (Small Rarmers, Agricultural Labourers and Rural Artisans) Act, 2016 (Act No. 12 of 2016), the Governor of Telangana hereby appoints the 13th day of March, 2018, as the date on which the said Act, shall come into force.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Telangana State Commission for Debit Relief (Small Rarmers, Agricultural Labourers and Rural Artisans) Act, 2016 (Act No. 12 of 2016), the Government hereby constitute the Telangana State Commission for Debt Relief (Small Farmers, Agricultural Labourers and Rural Artisans) under the Chairmanship of retired High Court Judge with the members not exceeding four, for the purpose of exercising the powers and performing the functions under this Act.

Government, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) read with sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Telangana State Commission for Debt Relief (Small Farmers, Agricultural Labourers and Rural Artisans) Act, 2016 (Act No.12 of 2016), hereby nominate the following (2) members for the Telangana State Commission for Debt Relief (Small Farmers, Agricultural Labourers and Rural Artisans) with effect from 13.03.2018 for the purpose of exercising the powers and performing the functions under this Act:-
