UP-GRADATION OF SIRCILLA MUNICIPALITY FROM GRADE.II TO GRADE.I MUNICIPALITY.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (22) of Section 2 of the Telangana Municipalities Act, 1965 (A.P. Act No. 6 of 1965) read with Rule 3 of the Telangana Municipalities (Gradation of Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats) Rules, 1995, issued in G.O.Ms.No.32, MA&UD (J2) Department, Dated: 03.02.1995 and amended in G.O.Ms.No. 25 MA&UD (J2) Department, Dated: 23.01.2001, the Governor of Telangana hereby declare the Sircilla Municipality (Grade. II) as Grade. I Municipality with immediate effect.
