REDUCTION OF RATE OF TAX/ VAT ON AVIATION TURBINE FUEL.
[G.O.Ms.No.69, Revenue (CT - II), 2nd April, 2018.]
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Telangana Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the Government of Telangana hereby makes the following amendment to the Schedule-VI of the said Act:
AMENDMENT
In the said Schedule, in the Table, against item No. (4) "Aviation Turbine Fuel", in column no. (4), the rate of tax for the figure and percentage "16%", the figure and percentage "1%", shall be substituted.
This order is w.e.f. 23.03.2018.
