CONSTITUTION OF AGRICULTURAL MARKET COMMITTEE, DEVERAKONDA, NALGONDA DISTRICT.
[G.O. Rt. No. 212, Agriculture and Co-operation (MKT-I), 27th March, 2018.]
In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 6 (1) and also sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 5 of Telangana (Agricultural Produce and Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966) as amended, the Government of Telangana hereby constitutes the Agricultural Market Committee, Deverakonda, Nalgonda with the following members for a period of One Year, subject to outcome of the SLP's pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the matter.
