In exercise of the powers conferred under Sections 7 A and 8 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act No. 14 of 1947), the Government of Telangana hereby place Dr. G. Radha Rani, Chairman, Telangana Value Added (VAT) Appellate Tribunal, Hyderabad in full additional charge to the posts of the Presiding Officer, Labour Court-I, Labour Court-II and Labour Court-III, Hyderabad w.e.f. 23.03.2018 Fore Noon.
