GRADATION OF MUNICIPAL COUNCILS AND NAGAR PANCHAYATS - REPEALING THE RELEVANT ORDERS AND NOTIFICATIONS.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 326 read with clause (22) of Section 2 of Telangana Municipalities Act, 1965 (Act 6 of 1965), Governor of Telangana hereby repeal the rules and amendments issued thereon vide G.O.Ms.No. 32, MA & UD (J) Department, Dated: 03.02.1995 and G.O.Ms.No. 25 MA & UD (J) Department, Dated: 23.01.2001 and all other relevant orders and notifications issued on this subject, in relation to the State of Telangana with immediate effect.
