RETIREMENT OF SRI MOHAMMED YOUSUF, JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE, ZAHEERABAD, MEDAK DISTRICT WITH EFFECT FROM 30-04-2018 ON COMPLETION OF 50 YEARS OF AGE.

Sri Mohammed Yousuf, Junior Civil Judge, Zaheerabad, Medak District shall retire from service with effect from 30-04-2018 A.N. on attaining the age of 50 years in public interest in terms of the first proviso to Section 3(1A) of the Telangana Public Employment (Regulation of age of superannuation) Act, 1984 read with Rule 23 of the Telangana State Judicial Service Rules, 2017 and also order that three months pay and allowances, shall be drawn and paid to him in lieu of notice as contemplated under Rule 23 of the Telangana State Judicial Service Rules, 2017.
