DRAFT VARIATION TO THE DTCP-CLU-MOTHE GP FOR CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM AGRICULTURE LAND USE TO RESIDENTIAL LAND USE IN MAHALAXMI NAGAR, MOTHE GP, JAGTIAL MANDAL, JAGTIAL DISTRICT.

The following draft variation to the Jagtial General Town Planning Scheme, the Master Plan of which was sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.149 MA, dt: 23-03-1989 and published at page of part., of Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated., which it is proposed to make in exercise of the powers conferred by clause under sub-section (2) of Section 15 of Telangana Town Planning Act., 1920 (Act VII of 1920) is hereby published as required by clause (b) of Sub- Section (2) of the said section.
Notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration after the expiry of 15 days from the date of publication of the notification in the Telangana Gazette and that any objections or suggestions which may be received from any person with respect thereto before expiry of the said period will be considered by the Government of Telangana. Objections or suggestions should be addressed to Principal Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, Telangana, Hyderabad.
DRAFT VARIATION
The site in Sy. No. 616, bearing H.No. 4-61/1/F9 and 4-61, to an extent of 935.39 Sq.Mtrs., situated at Mahalaxminagar, Mothe G.P., Jagtial Municipal Limits, Jagtial Town & District, the boundaries of which are shown in the schedule here and which is earmarked for Agriculture Land Use Zone in the General Town Planning Scheme (Master Plan) of Jagtial sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.149 MA , dated: 23-03-1989, is now proposed to be designated for Residential Land use by variation of Change of Land Use as marked A to H in the revised part proposed land use map in GTP No.01/2018/W available in the Jagtial Municipality, subject to the following conditions that ;

The following draft variation to the Suryapet General Town Planning Scheme, the Master Plan of which was sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.923 MA, Dated: 02-11-1982 and it is proposed to make modification in exercise of the powers conferred by clause under sub-section (2) of Section 15 of Telangana Town Planning Act., 1920 (Act VII of 1920) is hereby published as required by clause (b) of Sub-Section (2) of the said section.
