EXEMPTION OF "REMODELLING OF FEEDER CHANNEL FROM EXISTING ANICUT ON SHESHILETIVAGU NEAR LALSHANK THANDA TO FEED MADHAVA RAO CHERUVU, KASTALA VILLAGE, CHANDUR MANDAL, NALGONDA DISTRICT".

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(b) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR
(Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt
"Remodelling of Feeder Channel from Existing anicut on Sheshileti Vagu near Lalshank Thanda to feed
Madhava Rao Cheruvu, Kastala (V), Chandur (M), Nalgonda District" from the application of the provisions
of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013".
The Commissioner, R&R and LA, I & CAD Department, the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, and the Engineer-in-Chief (Irrigation), Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
