RE-ORGANISATION - FORMATION OF NEW SUB-DISTRICTS AND ESTABLISHMENT OF OFFICES OF SUB-REGISTRARS UNDER THE REGISTRATION ACT,1908 (ACT No.16 OF 1908).

In exercise of the powers conferred under section 5 read with Sub-Section (1) of section 7 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act No. 16 of 1908) and in partial modification of notification issued in the G.O.Ms.No. 257, Revenue (Registration-I) Depatrment, Dated: 11-10-2016, the Government of Telangana hereby alter the jurisdiction of the existing sub-districts mentioned in column (4) of the Annexure by excluding the revenue villages mentioned in column (5) and form a new sub-district as mentioned in column (6) thereof with jurisdiction over the villages mentioned in column (5) and an office of the Sub-Registrar be established at the place mentioned in column (6), with effect from 19th May, 2018:-

RE-ORGANISATION - FORMATION OF NEW SUB-DISTRICTS AND ESTABLISHMENT OF OFFICES OF SUB-REGISTRARS AND APPOINTMENT OF TAHSILDARS AS SUB-REGISTRARS UNDER THE REGISTRATION ACT,1908 (ACT No.16 OF 1908).

In exercise of the powers conferred under section 6 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act No.16 of 1908) and in partial modification of all other notifications issued in this behalf, the Government of Telangana hereby appoint the Tahsildars of the Revenue Mandals, which have been formed into new sub-districts as mentioned in column (6) of the Annexure appended to the notification issued in the G.O.Ms.No. 94, Revenue (Registration-I) Department, dated: 15.5.2018, to discharge the functions of the Sub-Registrars under the Registration Act, 1908 and the Rules made thereunder.
This notification comes into effect in respect of the newly formed sub-districts on and from 19th May, 2018.
