APPOINTMENT OF SMT. D. BRUNDA DEVI, ASSISTANT PUBLIC PROSECUTOR AS LEGAL ADVISOR-CUM-SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CONDUCT OF PROSECUTION IN ANTI-CORRUPTION BUREAU CASES.

Under sub-section (8) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Government of Telangana hereby appoint Smt. D.Brunda Devi, Assistant Public Prosecutor as Legal Advisor-cum-Special Public prosecutor to conduct prosecution in all the cases filed by Anti Corruption Bureau, in the Courts of Special Judges for Anti-Corruption Bureau cases in the State of Telangana.
