Sri Shaik Madar, Senior Civil Judge working as Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Rangareddy Distirct at L.B. Nagar Shall retire from service compulsorily on the afternoon of the 31-05-2018 on attaining the age of 58 years in public interest in terms of the first proviso to Section 3 (1A) of the Telangana Public Employment (Regulation of age of superannuation) Act, 1984 read with Rule 23 of the Telangana State Judicial Service Rules, 2017 and also order that three months pay and allowances, shall be drawn and paid to him in lieu of notice as contemplated under Rule 23 of the Telangana State Judicial Service Rules, 2017.
