VARIATION TO THE MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT FOR CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM AGRICULTURAL LAND USE TO COMMERCIAL LAND USE SITUATED AT RAJIV RAHADARI BY-PASS ROAD, KARIMNAGAR - CONFIRMED.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause under sub-section (2) of Section 15 of Telangana Town Planning Act, 1920 (Act VII of 1920) the Government of Telangana hereby makes the following variation to the Master Plan of Karimnagar Town, the same having been previously published in the Extraordinary issue of Telangana Gazette No. 139, Part-I, Dated: 10-05-2018. as required by clause (b) of the said section.
VARIATION
The site in Sy.Nos. 601, 608 & 609 to an extent of 7381.88 Sq.mtr., situated at Rajiv Rahadari By-pass road, Karimnagar Revenue Village, Karimnagar Municipal Limits, Karimnagar Town & District, the boundaries of which are shown in the schedule hereunder and which is earmarked for Agriculture Land use zone in the General Town Planning Scheme (Master Plan) of Karimnagar sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No. 555 M.A., Dated: 16-10-1998, is now designated for Commercial Land use (so as to construct showroom / commercial building) by variation of Change of Land Use as marked A to F in the revised part proposed land use map in GTP No.02/2018/W available in the Karimnagar Municipal Corporation, subject to the following condition that:
The applicant shall take prior approval from the competent authority before commencing the development work.
SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES
NORTH : Land of Dr. Sudha Rani and others.
EAST : 30'-0" wide road.
SOUTH : Land of S. Laxmi and others.
WEST : Rajiv Rahadari Road to Godavari Khani
(Existing 100'-0" wide road).
