CONSTITUTION OF SEPARATE AGRICULTURAL MARKET COMMITTEE, SHALIGOWRARAM DULY BIFURCATING IT FROM THE NOTIFIED AREA OF AGRICULTURE MARKET COMMITTEE, NAKREKAL, NALGONDA DISTRICT - DECLARATION OF NOTIFIED AREA UNDER THE TELANGANA (AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE AND LIVE STOCK) MARKETS ACT, 1966 - FINAL NOTIFICATION.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Telangana ( Agricultural Produce and Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966 ( Act No. 16 of 1966) read with clause ( c ) of sub-section (4) of section (3) of the said Act and in partial modification of the notification issued in G.O. Ms. No. 2095, Food & Agriculture (Agri. IV) Department, Dated 29th October, 1968 and published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated 7th November, 1968 - Part-II, Miscellaneous Notification at pages 1035 to 1039, the Government of Telangana hereby declares to separate the Shaligowraram Revenue Mandal, from the notified area of Agriculture Market Committee, Nakrekal, Nalgonda District the area comprising as specified in Annexure-I to be a separate notified area of Agricultural Market Committee, Shaligowraram as shown in Annexure-ll and notified area of Agriculture Market Committee, Nakrekal, Nalgonda District after exclusion of Shaligowraram Mandals as specified in Annexure-III for the purpose of the said Act for regulating the purchase and sale in respect of Agricultural Produce, Livestock and Products of Livestock specified in Schedule-II of the Notification referred to above and other commodities added to the said list from time to time read with G.O.Ms.No. 286, A & C Dept., Dt. 5.7.1994. The intention to make such declaration has been previously published in Part - I, Extraordinary Issue of the Telangana Gazette No.189-B, Dated: 24.06.2017 vide G.O.Ms.No. 26, Agriculture and Cooperation (MKT.I) Department, Dated: 17.06.2017 as required in sub-section (1) of Section-3 of the said Act.
