CONSTITUTION OF SEPARATE AGRICULTURAL MARKET COMMITTEE, BOINPALLY, DULY BIFURCATING IT FROM THE NOTIFIED AREA OF AGRICULTURE MARKET COMMITTEE, VEMULAWADA, RAJANNA SIRCILLA DISTRICT - FINAL NOTIFICATION.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Telangana (Agricultural Produce and Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act No. 16 of 1966) read with clause (c) of sub-section (4) of section (3) of the said act and in partial modification of the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No. 2095, Food & Agriculture (Agri.IV) Department, Dated: 29th October, 1968 and published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated 7th November, 1968 - Part-II, miscellaneous notification at pages 1035 to 1039, the Government of Telangana hereby declares to separate the Boinpally Revenue Mandal, from the notified area of Agriculture Market Committee, Vemulawada, Rajanna Sircilla District the area comprising as specified in Annexure-I to be a separate notified area of Agricultural Market Committee, Boinpally as shown in Annexure-II and notified area of Agriculture Market Committee, Vemulawada, Rajanna Sircilla District after exclusion of Boinpally Mandal as specified in Annexure-III for the purpose of the said Act for regulating the purchase and sale in respect of Agricultural Produce, Livestock and Products of Livestock specified in Schedule-II of the Notification referred to above and other commodities added to the said list from time to time read with G.O.Ms.No.286, Agriculture and Co-operation Dept., dated: 05-07-1994. The intention to make such declaration has been previously published in Part - I Extroardinary issue of the Telangana Gazette No. 50, Dated: 07-02-2018 vide G.O.Ms.No. 17, Agriculture and Co-operation (MKT.I) Department, Dated : 17-06-2017 as required in sub-section (1) of section-3 of the said Act.
